@PinkSpider Hey if you've got a Wii i'd gift you 3200 Wii Points worth of Virtual Console or WiiWare titles in exchange for your code if you're up for it! Might end up better for you cos you've already got the good titles on the list, haha
If anyone doesn't want any of those games and would prefer Virtual Console or WiiWare titles on Wii instead, let me know! Got some Wii Points on my console going to waste + i'd be up for trading
If they did this properly, imagine buying a game download code in a shop, scanning/entering it into a mobile app/website on your phone while there, then it auto-downloading at home - and might be ready by the time you get home!
They should've had an upgrade option for the deluxe content as DLC, or to get the full retail download version for a major discount if you already purchased the original title.
@3DSonicPizza All Nintendo published games (or 1st party at least, i forget which...) will be digitally available on the eShop starting with New Super Mario Bros 2 so no worries.
Agreed completely! They could even just release sequels to older games, Mario VS Donkey Kong (as mentioned) would be great or Mario Bros. Or new versions of Dr. Mario, Wario's Woods, Pokemon Puzzle League, etc would be pretty sweet. (all with Nintendo Network features such as online play) Or Balloon Fight...actually get on that one NOW Nintendo!
Smaller off shoot titles related to upcoming games would also be a good idea and would be great promotion for them.
What i'd do for a new Wario Land though...
They have so many IPs and options available that they could utilise!
@mamp Couple of examples of existing game sizes: Kid Icarus - 1.6GB, Mario Kart 7 - 0.66GB, Ocarina of Time 3D - 0.47GB Super Mario 3D Land - 0.31GB. At least so far there's not many hitting the higher limits and hopefully shouldn't be too much to worry about
@GreenSpleen The SD Card menu was just used as the actual system couldn't run titles straight from an SD Card, you basically selected one from the SD Card + it temporarily copied it over to the Wii's internal memory when you tried running it
There's no need for an SD Card menu on 3DS as it can load items directly from the inserted SD Card.
@Yogsoggoth Maybe they're working on the NEW 3DS title/series with their main team while the second team is working on this? It takes time to create a new engine and everything for 3DS...
Why are people complaining about a game based purely on it's name? They AREN'T going to just re-release Black/White with a new Pokemon form. They aren't stupid. Just wait it out until we get actual information about it.
@I-U exactly! you win some, you lose some. can only hope 3DSware hurries up and gets released in both regions without too much of a delay! well worth it, and should be a nice enough flow from here on of new titles
@Aquateen510 "How come Europeans always get the good games while we Americans get them last?" On just the 3DSware side of things, You have that third party Samurai game, VVVVVV, Mutant Mudds, and Sakura Samurai! None of which have seen release in Europe yet.
@JusticeColde If your internet isn't fast enough or you have no access at all, buy the game in shop. If you buy the digital version and download it, you'll still be able to play it even if you move to somewhere with no internet.
In europe, 3DS games retail for around 40 euro. A 32GB Class 10 (highest speed) card is less than 30 euro, there's absolutely no excuses for "i can't afford an SD card" especially as this future proofs you. (Especially after spending $200 or euro on the console, at least)
@Koops3 "some of you are ungrateful, we still don't have Kid Icarus." You have that crap Samurai game, VVVVVV, Mutant Mudds and Sakura Samurai by Nintendo coming this week. That's way better than Kid Icarus. (which i downloaded, played for two minutes and haven't touched it since)
At least Nintendo should be doing simultaneous releases for it's first party 3DSware titles. >.<
..Are people seriously complaining about running out of space on the included SD Card? Buy a 32GB card, they're really cheap nowadays. Be sorted for pretty much ever. That'd fit 10+ retail title, and probably all the 3DSware/Virtual Console titles you'd end up purchasing for a long time!
They could also use this to release niche titles which originally might not make it to certain regions. Would be a cheaper option and less risky than retail, and more chance of people picking them up as a impulse download if they're cheaper than they would be on a retail release. Already did similar with the Wii's Virtual Console + the Hanabi Festival and all, releasing (old) titles digitallly which weren't released before. The convience factor would also be a plus. Buy 32GB card. Fit 10+ full retail games, all your 3DSWare/Virtual Console/Demos, and more.
Mutant Mudds may seem a tad expensive at $10...but why are people wanting a $8 so much more? it's barely nothing of a difference, and will likely be well worth it!
@Crunc They said they "currently have no plans" not that they'll never do it! It's all about how they worded it They will most likely will put them up for everyone to purchase sometime, they're not bonn say no to free money i don't think!
@brandonbwii There's also Block Factory from Enjoy Gaming (makers of pyramids), Samurai: Sword Destiny [UFO Interactive], Dot Eater: New Picdun [Gamebridge], escapeVektor [Nnooo], Hunting King [Arc Systems], AiRace: SPE3D [QubicGames], oh and the 3DS sequel to Thruspace "SpeedThru: Potzol's Puzzle" which has been announced for Europe but not the US.
@Tasuki It's completely optional. and it saves the data to your device i believe (encrypted using a password you choose). and you must enter your password to add funds from it. Get your password wrong 3 times and it deletes all your credit card info.
"SO I HAVE DONE THE SYSTEM TRANSFER AND CAN CONFIRM THAT IT IS AN EXACT TRANSFER FROM YOUR OLD 3DS TO YOUR NEW ONE!
All of my saved data, 3DS games, 3D trailers, virtual console games, NES games, and settings are there, including all the Mii Plaza stuff. It's all unchaged. Most importantly, the little Ambassador Program video icon is still there which I assume means those of us who transfer will still get the GBA games when that starts rolling out.
It even has my icons on the main menu in the size and order I originally had them on.
It seems like it does like when you do a Time Machine backup for a Mac where it restores all your settings, only your old 3DS get wiped in the process instead. Otherwise, it seems identical so far."

Re: Nintendo Download: 16th May (Europe)
Decent update! Think you got the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon date wrong though, due out on the 17th!

that'd be so perfect.
Re: Nintendo Download: 16th August 2012 (Europe)
Freakyforms will be 5 pounds more than Amazon (which is already a rip) + Art Academy will be 10...hahahahahahahahaha no.
Re: Original Freakyforms to be Removed From European eShop
They should've had an upgrade option for the deluxe content as DLC, or to get the full retail download version for a major discount if you already purchased the original title.
This is just crap.
Re: New Art Academy and Freakyforms Deluxe Confirmed as Retail Downloads
Tempted to get New Art Academy as a download!

@xxbrothawizxx " Shin'en only charger $5 for FFMG"
Pity it's pretty crap, at least compared to the other titles.

@mamp Huh? you can use up to a 32GB SD Card on the 3DS right now...

Re: Europe's Virtual Console Loses 6 Games This Month
@Gamesake um. the games will still exist on your console and also be available for re-download. How is that " just expensive game rentals"?
Re: Two More Games to Leave EU Virtual Console
Not "that" interested in these games...but may buy in case i want to play in the future sometime...Warnings for stuff like this is great!

"here's a copy of the same game with two new half-Pokemon and a proper Battle Subway. -_-"
You obviously missed the part where it said THEY'RE SEQUELS.
would be happier if these were for 3DS tbh, but still buying either way.

Would be so over these if they were 3DSWare :/
hopefully they move onto the eshop after releasing these!

No 3DSware...again! but looking forward to Wario Land.

Re: Nintendo Considering Retail Downloads on 3DS and Wii U
@motang wii u offers support for external USB hard drives. that means you can have 2000GB or 3000GB if you want!
Re: Nintendo Considering Retail Downloads on 3DS and Wii U
@THENAMESNORM You can use any USB hard drive or memory stick with the Wii U.

DSiWare Tetris is only 5 euro i believe
Re: Wii U Hands-On for Media Only at CES 2012
@WiiLovePeace hence the reason there's an event called "E3" before it's released....
Re: Review: The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap ( / Game Boy Advance)
@blink83 It's the exact same game...so i don't see the problem in re-posting the review to those who mightn't have seen it before....

@JarvanZheitk Go get Pullblox!!

Re: 3DS eShop Has All These Games Launching in Quarter 1
@AtomicWaffles They tweeted after feedback from user's when they announced it wouldn't be in 3D, it's actually gonna have 3D now!
Re: 3DS eShop Has All These Games Launching in Quarter 1
@brandonbwii There's also Block Factory from Enjoy Gaming (makers of pyramids), Samurai: Sword Destiny [UFO Interactive], Dot Eater: New Picdun [Gamebridge], escapeVektor [Nnooo], Hunting King [Arc Systems], AiRace: SPE3D [QubicGames], oh and the 3DS sequel to Thruspace "SpeedThru: Potzol's Puzzle" which has been announced for Europe but not the US.
Re: 3DS eShop Has All These Games Launching in Quarter 1
11 3DSware titles in Q1...that's 12 weeks. Not bad at all.
(oh and 3D Classics: Kid Icarus makes it 12!)
Re: Nintendo Download: 8th December 2011 (North America)
@rjejr it's by Intelligent Systems, developers of such games like Advance Wars, Paper Mario + Wario Ware...if that helps convince you!
Re: First Impressions: Flipper 2: Flush the Goldfish
Wasn't going to buy this as it wasn't a 3DSware title...but seems i just might now after reading this!
Re: Guide: Nintendo 3DS System Update
@brandonbwii When you try to buy it via a credit card you'll have an option to pay "Required Amount only" which will charge you $7.98
Re: Guide: Nintendo 3DS System Update
@Tasuki
It's completely optional. and it saves the data to your device i believe (encrypted using a password you choose). and you must enter your password to add funds from it.
Get your password wrong 3 times and it deletes all your credit card info.
Re: Guide: Nintendo 3DS System Update
@TourianTourist saw someone post this
"SO I HAVE DONE THE SYSTEM TRANSFER AND CAN CONFIRM THAT IT IS AN EXACT TRANSFER FROM YOUR OLD 3DS TO YOUR NEW ONE!

so seems it should be fine!
Re: Guide: Nintendo 3DS System Update
@ Ducutzu
Weird. mine works perfectly as well. But i only purchased it after the update....Maybe try deleting your save data (if that's an option)?
Re: Guide: Nintendo 3DS System Update
Question: Could i transfer the purchases from two 3DS's to a single new 3DS? (obviously after waiting some time because of the time limit)
