Re: SEGA Records $200 Million Impairment Loss As Angry Bird Dev's Performance Is "Sluggish"

I recently tried the current Angry Birds on my phone and the core mechanics are as fun as ever. The new art style is very expressive and delightful, and the new tweaks to physics and each bird's uniqueness was a good idea. Unfortunately the game is quickly hindered by microtransaction nonsense which immediately made me stop playing the delete it.

I would pay for a proper version of the game on phone or console but that's not an option. I'm sure it would sell very well on eShop if priced like a small indie game. Surely that would be more profitable and grow the brand much better than what they're currently doing.
