There's a market and they'll try to sell to it. The lawyers are not the rest of the company. Many companies and even individuals do business even though they're involved in lawsuits.
Mine arrived today, too. I agree with essentially all of this review. It’s surprisingly solid, the texture is nice, and the zipper seems stubborn and tight. I worry it won’t have enough room for their energy pack I also have on order.
