@SammiiCake well it says it was on it was "on its way to the courier" at 5 this morning so hopefully that means it'll be on its way to me soon. I'm not really sure. I hope you get your soon as well also don't worry Nintendo have already crushed all my hopes and dreams..

One thing that I thought was a bit weird maybe was "Missing Pre-Advice" as the first tracking status

Got through to Nintendo and long story short they just told me to call royal mail but I tried and its just an automated service so I can't get through and I don't want to call Nintendo back and be on hold for another 2 hours. The worst is Nintendo mine was dispatched on the second but my tracking thing on Royal Mail says they are still waiting to receive it....

@bekoruler well I didn't think they had it as the tracking number wasn't working all day but it suddenly started working so I assume it is with them. But I'll wait till tomorrow afternoon and if it hasn't arrived and Nintendo haven't replied to my emails I'll try calling again and hopefully I'll actually get through this time. Thanks again for the help:) and good luck to everyone else still waiting!

UPDATE: Just did one last check on Royal Mail (I wasn't even sure if they would be delivering my order) and finally they recognised my tracking number. But all it says is-
Latest update: We have been notified that your item is being shipped by the retailer; the next scan will appear when we receive this item into our network.

What does this mean? I'm worried I won't even get the switch tomorrow now...

I want to ask for compensation over this whole poop show but I'm not sure how, I've not gotten through on the phone and they've not answered a single email?? Any advice? How do I phrase it... I feel bad constantly complaining to them because its not the fault of the employees but that doesn't help how infuriating this whole situation is..... also wish I had ordered from Argos now.....

It sounds like I'm in the same situation as most of you on here, I made an account just to post about this issue. Although its reassuring to know I'm not the only one experiencing this issue its also extremely frustrating. After all preorders had sold out locally and Amazon's predicted delivery date was a week or so after launch I emailed the uk Nintendo store asking if I ordered the switch from them would it arrive on March 3rd. They replied saying yes it would but since then I've emailed them twice and heard nothing. I had the same two emails most people seemed to get (one saying it would arrive today and the next saying it would arrive between the 7th and the 8th of March). Still no news I don't even know who is delivering my switch as the Royal Mail reference number doesn't work.....
