It was the highlight of the direct for me. I haven't played them yet, but as a fan of mecha & srpgs I'm really looking forward to playing these classics day one.
The standard felt very poor, and mailed in overall.
The gluttony of farming sims, Theatrhythm packed with expensive digital exclusive DLC, and RE cloud who even wants that after the Kingdom Hearts cloud fiasco?
I didn't think Nintendo would end their streak on Switch of releasing a Zelda game every year, so whilst I was waiting for the WW/TP ports, I expected something at least.
The BOTW 2 trailer highly concerned me. The last trailer was 15 months ago, and It arguably shown even less than last time which is incredible. It's now meant to release in a matter of months, and we still haven't seen any of the game properly yet.
Fire Emblem was underwhelming. It's supposed to be a mainline entry but looks like another hollow Warriors spinoff. The gimmick that 'allows them to wear accessories that can summon Fire Emblem characters from previous games' makes me cringe.
I didn't expect any Advance Wars even though we probably should have it by now, but Front Mission was happily received as I've never played them. The Detective game by the makers of Danganronpa looks cool, and Goldeneye on N64 online was exciting even though I don't have a subscription yet. They were probably the only highlights.

Re: 'The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom' Launches In May 2023
It's been 15 months since the last trailer, and this one shows just as much as last time? Is that meant to be normal?
