Strange. I hated the black Gamecube, but adored the purple one for some reason. I was actually happy when my brother's black Gamecube died of Phantasy Star Online fatigue.
I hope this turns out to be true. It'll be day one for me, If it's physical of course. I've only recently played & finished SOTN for the first time, and I've read that the GBA titles are just as good.
Didn't some establishments in the UK get around not having an alcohol licence by selling crisps at a marked up price and throwing in a free pint? He could try that. Sell "I ❤ Nintendo" badges for the price he wants and throw in a free fan made Game guide.
@altina " (such a very negative AND pointless thing to do. Why would you waste your time with that?)" Yet here you are pandering for a reply. If you really want to know, I said you were triggered because you replied to somebody's negative reply with a "I am greater than thou" tirade. It accused people who don't try certain genres of not doing so because they are racist and superficial, and you then went on about "bewbs" for some reason. That was just in paragraph 1 of 3. So yeah, I'd say you were triggered. You also told people who didn't want ports to "GTFO". Being somebody who owns all the Wii U games ported to Switch over its life-cycle on the Wii U, it is clearly disappointing when the game for the summer, (Skyward Sword in this instance) is the only thing to look forward to. Yes, I know its a Wii game. So I can see their gripe with that.
As for pitying the people around me, I'll let them all know a keyboard warrior/activist is thinking of them due to my immaturity online.
Oh, and good deduction skills for spotting that the 83 in my username is my birthyear, Sherlock. You'll appreciate then that I have been reading comments from people that accuse other people of being "ists and phobes" for a long time now and I see them as a sign of immaturity and normally leave them well alone. I fear I have erred in this instance.
In hindsight I would! I paid first day prices a lot during the last gen and although I enjoyed most of them they would generally become forgettable by the end of the cycle and probably not worth the £45 I had paid. If I knew I was getting another Skyrim/BOTW to sink 100s of hours in I would pay it hands down.
It depends on the game in my opinion, but the problem is you never know whether the game you're buying is one you'll want to play again. Would I play Captain Toad again? Probably not. Would I play Wind Waker again? Yes.

Re: Talking Point: Are You Prepared To Spend $70 On The Latest Games?
I also agree with the fact that more people are buying games these days too. Gaming is the largest entertainment industry in the world right now.
