They aren't censoring the game in any way, so who cares? They are just keeping their store front family friendly. Similar to how a comic store won't put the adult comics out on full display without some sort of bag around them or some other obfuscation. Nintendo is going all-in with adult content for the first time in their video game existence. There is a full-on Hentai game coming to switch (physical release too) in Japan!
