Indeed Germany is separated from UK (I have 0 points here, all in France). I have a nephew in UK, but it would take forever to get something back from him. But surely someone UK-based can help you, after all NL is there. And you can propose your points there (I will get them eventually anyway , easier than to see the CD back). And no WiiU, only 3DS, and PC.
@Finntendo I could help you dispatch to your country if you'd like. Currently living in Germany. I am missing 150 points for the CD, I can exchange them with a delivery, if the cd comes again (and you are interested).
