Targeting Lowest Time sounds counter productive, you're giving them more enemies to increase their time. They actually want to be sent enemies and a superstar will sort them out. With Random you send each enemy to a different player, also allowing those with Attackers to send enemies to you, which basically increases your ammo and time. It'd be good to understand the chest coins, still don't know how those work.
