@Joh1121 got email from Nintendo to say getting a refund of 14 quid which is max. But got a second email to say they are refunding17 quid as well. So not even sure how much they are refunding.

Hermes has my parcel at the national sorting hub since yesterday at 0939. I'm guessing there is no chance of it today then.

Contact myhermes to see if they have a parcel and they say it will be delivered on Monday. Nintendo however can't even tell me where or who is delivering my order. Sigh....
