I think this has a very good chance of being real. All these characters were either assist trophies or normal trophies in the past (except for Banjo-Kazooie). Plus this post doesn't show the original photo the blurry image was taken from. It was taken far away as it was being printed from a machine. Clearly the employee wasn't going to pull out his phone and take a super close up of the banner and risk getting caught, so he did the best he could. Also, anyone else notice that it looks like Isaac is using his powers to make things grow underneath him? Wonder what move that relate to.
