Queued for over seven hours... all the merchandise we've traveled down from Newcastle for, sold out. Rude, unhelpful, lazy staff. Very poir communication. Awful, awful experience. Very disappointing and I've a very disappointed son who's been saving like crazy since the pop up shop was announced. Expected so much more, especially from a company such as Nintendo. I do hope whoever claims to have 'organised' this farce is suitably reprimanded, they've seriously damaged your brand!!
