@jesse_dylan Nintendo isn't the problem. The problem is in the changes made to the rating system in America and Europe. They made it stricter, and it simply wouldn't be profitable for Idea Factory to release the games in the West on the Switch.
@Savage_Joe Who is flaming you? Also, I don't pay attention to speculation videos or articles. No one outside of Nintendo/The Pokemon Company and PocketPair know what patents are alleged to be infringed upon. Even if they were, they are divisional patents that have a parent patent that was in place before PalWorld. That said, I hope things work out in PocketPair's favor, because I doubt it was something they did intentionally.
