A few enterprising and impatient players have figured out a loophole to let them play Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life before it comes out in English: Just download the Japanese version and use a translation app for all the text!
Unfortunately, Japanese is one of those languages that doesn't always translate well into English, leaving said players with some interesting mistranslations.
Redditor u/Much-Improvement-613 posted some of their game's dialogue as translated through an official Apple app, which appears to really love talking about poop:

And this isn't the only time that Story of Seasons has fallen foul of bad translations, either, as Google Translate fumbled the ball on the website, too:
Have you ever played a Japanese game through a translation app? Did you get any weird and/or wonderful mistranslations? Tell us in the comments!

Poop is such a cool animal, honestly.
It’s amazing how terrible translation apps are still.
