Metroidvania FIST: Forged In Shadow Torch is launching on the Switch eShop later this month, but fans have also been promised a physical edition of the game from publisher Microids. Now we know that the boxed version of the game will be making the jump just a few months later, on 6th September.

Gematsu reports that the physical edition comes with a steelbook, a digital download for a soundtrack, a sticker sheet, and three lithograph prints. Developed by Shanghai-based studio TiGames, this port — and the physical edition — has been a long time coming for Switch owners. PlayStation fans won't be missing out on the physical version either, which drops on the same day.

The price for the physical version hasn't been announced yet. However, you'll be able to download FIST: Forged In Shadow Torch on 12th July from the eShop for $29.99/€29.99.
