A New Limited-Time Pokémon Sword And Shield Item Distribution Event Has Begun

I might complete the dex one day.

I don't play anymore, but I still log in to receive limited time items.

I didn't play my Pokemon games on NDS, 3DS and Switch for very long time as my current hype is on Yokai Watch 2 & 3 3DS games.

I couldn't get into the game despite having pre-ordered the Double Pack, but i do enjoy collecting them free Mystery Gifts!

People who are interested in Gold Bottle Caps probably already have a ton of them. People who are not interested, don't need them. I dont know, what's the point of those distributions. Do some shiny distributions or something. Anything that's actually worth starting SwSh.

I can’t believe there was no mythical giveaway event like we had for the 20th anniversary.

I like these event Pokemon distributions they've been doing. This is not just "a Torkoal". It's a fully trained Torkoal, exactly as the one last year's champion in Japan used. It's a piece of championship history and I think that's awesome

@Onkel_Laser gold bottle caps are more for competitors then anyone else, given that their only purpose is to max out a pokemons ivs

I played through Shield and the Isle of Armor but not the Crown Tundra yet, so these might be helpful.

A gold bottle cap is a lovely freebie! And this Torkoal is a really solid Pokemon for VGC. Anyone who plays VGC is very aware of how much of a staple its been in gen 8.

That said, anyone who plays VGC probably already has a battle ready Torkoal. Because it very much is a staple Pokemon in the format.

But I really appreciate the gold bottle cap. I've been slow working my way through my shiny collection, making sure they're all EV and IV trained and battle ready.

I will go out on a limb and say I really hope if we get another freebie, they give us some ability patches. It's so grindy to save up enough dynite ore to get those...

@Onkel_Laser You see, these two distributions are related to the VGC. They were promoted during championship streams, to championship viewers. There are a bunch of other types of events, like the monthly shiny raid events. It's silly to complain about the nature of a distribution like this.

Why do these distributions have to be a one day thing? God I hate being busy.
