Super Mario 3D All Stars

UK physical chart data is now in for the week ending 27th March, revealing that Monster Hunter Rise has claimed top spot in its debut week.

According to GamesIndustry.biz, Monster Hunter Rise's physical launch sales were "more than twice the size" of those achieved by Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate on 3DS, but 43% lower than Monster Hunter: World – although the latter did launch across both PS4 and Xbox One, we shouldn't forget.

This week's other big chart story, however, is that Super Mario 3D All-Stars has had a huge boost in sales, no doubt thanks to its upcoming removal from store shelves. The game saw a rise in physical sales of 276% week-on-week, with Nintendo intending to halt sales of the game from Wednesday, 31st March.

It was a pretty solid week for Nintendo all round, with Switch exclusives making up the majority of the top ten. Here's a look at this week's top ten all formats chart:
