Have you ever tried to shoot all 190 names in Super Smash Bros. Melee credits sequence? Haven't we all.

Apparently, up until a few days ago, nobody had ever got a perfect run. Now, though, one guy by the name of Martin Zarate has achieved this seemingly impossible feat (see 0:00 - 1:20 in the video above).

Speaking to Polygon, Zarate revealed it took him around 50 hours of practice to achieve. It all began when an individual by the name of Nathaniel Bandy put out a call to the community to hit every credit before 31st March 2021 - with the reward being $3,000.

One requirement was for it to be recorded so everyone could see the controller inputs. Sure enough, Zarate did it.

“The most challenging part would be the voice actors, they come in all different directions and there is no room for error. After you get the hardest part of the credits, you gonna stay composed and hit the rest.”

The last highest score on the record before this was 182, which was achieved way back in 2007. Are you as impressed as we are with this run? Leave a comment down below.
