Today's Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury trailer has only been online for a matter of hours, but that hasn't stopped one talented fan from sharing a seriously good piece of art inspired by Bowser's new, giant form.
Twitter user @gonzarez1938 has posted this fantastic piece online, reimagining Bowser as a Dynamax Pokémon in battle. He's facing up against Cat Mario, with Pokémon Sword and Shield's UI even making an appearance to complete the look.
The timestamp on that tweet shows that it was posted just an hour and a half after the trailer went live. Can anyone really knock up something this good that quickly?!
The game itself, due out next February, is looking pretty spectacular itself in the newly-released screenshots we were treated to today, but we're certainly up for seeing more fan-made takes like this one, too.
Let us know if you're feeling hyped for the game in the comments below, and tell us what you think of this art piece while you're at it!

Seriously, how do people work this fast?

@Kalmaro Check the rounded menu things. It's done very sloppy. 5min max if you know how PS works. (Also: asian)
@Yanina I see! I did notice that it was less professional looking near the bottom.
Wouldn’t this be a Gigantamax due to the form change?
Can we get a bowser and pokemon crossover?
You gotta admit that it's not bad considering how little time this person made it. Obviously there's gonna be some better ones later, but hey looks good.
@Munchlax your right it shouldn't dynamax you should tell the writer.
Ok, I’m loving all the art coming out about this game. Seeing a whole gallery would be great.
This is the first thing I thought about watching this 😂
Mario should transform into Ultraman LOL 🤣
Ok so where is dynamax mario?
Wait, wait, wait, is NintendoLife actually featuring a piece of fanart that's not tied to some already famous artist?
God bless! You've learned! This is awesome!
I still wish you'd do some kind of regular fan art features. There's so much wonderful art out there and so many talented people who would love the exposure. You guys could also draw more people to the site that way.
