Japanese Mini Direct looks better to watch.
Ninjala was the only the game that stole my attention as it has physical release in cartridge.
I was surprised for new Momotaro Dentetsu game will be on Nintendo Switch as the franchise oftenly appeared on Nintendo machines.
Despite of uninteresting Mini Direct i watched yesterday, it made me to check playasia website for upcoming games and....
Voila !
I found some interesting upcoming games on Switch outside the Direct.
When i found nothing from Direct, playasia is my life safer.
Ohhhhhhh, that explains a lot. My hunch on them chopping up the E3 Direct might not be far off after all...
My God the Japan Direct looks so much better.
All us Americans and Europeans got was DLC for a game that doesn't really need it, Battle Royale #57, Dumb looking WWE game, and Shin Magami Tensei V and 3.
[All of these are my opinion and if you see these games differently or enjoyed the direct, more powerful to you, glad you liked it (or a game)]
I just hope nintendo has something for the rest of the year and next year. New Hardware maybe?
Whatever, I just hope this means that the next direct is mostly focused on First-Party Games with some Third-Party and Indie Highlights. It shouldn't be too far off, maybe the very end of the month or August. Has to be before November.
I think if they had shown the extra stuff from the Japanese one as well, and left out that wrestling game, people wouldn't have been as disappointed with the mini direct.
The 2nd Atelier Ryza game and that Sakuna game look really nice and it's great to finally see Shin Megami Tensei V properly shown.
Might pick that one as my first game in the franchise to try out if it reviews well.
They said they would do multiple of these before the end of the year so here's hoping for 1 every 1-2 months ^_^
Sakuna and Ryza really should had been in our Direct... but maybe they didn’t have an English version ready in time for the deadline.
The Japanese direct was better as it had something for everyone. As almost all the genres were represented in their direct compared to the one in the west
Serious tho, they should just show us the japanese directs with translations. That was wayyyyyyy better than what we got.
Seems like they just took parts from the Japanese direct, it was never really meant to be a proper Europe/America direct. Explains a lot. Nothing here interests me, except Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin.
Rice and ruin looks good.
I swear 2K has got to be paying for the market of that wrestling game. Anyway, most of the games are coming westward too, I don’t know why the West one was so sparse. Not to mention, Bakugan maybe should have been announced here...
sighs
I saw the board game thumbnail and thought "Fortune Street" for a split-second. T.T
Why didn't NIN show us these trailers? I was so happy when I saw Ryza 2, Captain Tsubasa, Fairy Tail and Sakuna.
Sakuna should have been in the western Direct too. It looks pretty sweet.
I was gravely disappointed with this Mini Direct and I still had zero expectations!
Well that was better than ours
More yo Kai 😊 fantastic
No news about new or remastered Metroid or any of the Mario games.I don't understand Nintendo. To have vast library of games that could be ported to one of their greatest game console ever and to do nothing about it makes no sense.I'm tired of waiting.
"That envelope means Atelier is in Smash!"
It's front-and-center part of the story, that means absolutely jack. Cool your jets, 4chan. And quit making fake leaks with 2B and Reimu — put some effort into the believability.
Eh, nothing for me. Kinda wanna try Rogue Company but will do that on my ps4 probably after the beta. I like the Fairy Tale anime, though, so will look into that.
