Today, rhythm-action game Muse Dash is celebrating its second anniversary with a brand new update and the news that it has now sold more than 1.7 million copies across all platforms.
The new content drop includes a new DLC music pack with a new retro-style stage, new free songs, new illustrations, a new character, and a collaboration event with the famous virtual YouTuber, Fubuki Shirakami.
A particular highlight of the new content is new character, School Girl Buro. She comes with a unique ability which lets players continuously hit marked enemies when holding down the buttons, seriously helping anyone who might be struggling with the game's more difficult songs.
You'll find the base game available at 35% off on the Switch eShop should you wish to jump in for the very first time. The discount is available until 18th June, when the game will go back up to the usual asking price of £25.99.
Have you played Muse Dash on Switch? Has seeing it today made you want to try it out? Let us know with a comment.

Theme song is great
Woah I never heard about this game but the music sounds great. Not liking the art but I'll check out some reviews to see if it's a buy
Oh nice. It's been a long time since I've played but it's a pretty fun rhythm game so I'll have to find time to check out the update sometime.
you guys familiar with radio hammer? real fun game, this looks similar but comparing the prices makes it hard for me.
@ancientlii you get what you pay for, there is a reason muse dash is more expensive. Nearly 200 songs in a premium package. They started with the 80 songs and has been close to 100 songs added free of charge since release since the cost is a one off for all future added songs.
Radio hammer seems boringly easy from the look of it’s hardest songs. The hardest songs in mush dash are Super hardcore level
I saw snail and I squealed like a child 😭😭❤❤ ahh my babies music is in a game!! I really want more music from them to be in this game -please, and fair enough I cannot wait to install this update
