EA PLAY LIVE

Update (Sat 6th Jun, 2020 06:00 BST): This year's EA Play was meant to take place next week on 11th June, but due to the current events happening in America and elsewhere, it's now been pushed back to the 18th June. Here's the official announcement from the Electronic Arts Twitter account:

Original Story (Tue 5th May, 2020 05:45 BST): Electronic Arts might not be the biggest supporter of the Nintendo Switch, but it's still showing at least some support for the system - with the recent announcement Burnout Paradise Remastered would be released on the hybrid device this year.

If you've been wondering if EA has anything planned for the Switch beyond this release, it's likely to be revealed at the company's all-digital 'EA Play Live' stream conference. EA has announced this event will be taking place next month, on 11th June, and will come with world premieres, news, and much more.

If we were to take a guess, there should be at least one Nintendo related announcement. It's likely to be a new version of FIFA and a watered Switch port. One other game that springs to mind is the original Unravel title.

Unravel Two arrived last March, and there have been questions about the release of the first game ever since. Last month, though, the original game (including a mention of Switch) was spotted on the Brazillian Classification Board. Could Yarny be making a return?
