Since revealing Ring Fit Adventure a few weeks ago, Nintendo hasn't said much else about it. Now, though, we've got an entirely new video about this upcoming release, that runs for nearly eight minutes.
The video itself is more of the same – showing off the Ring-Con and Leg Strap along with the adventure itself, where you must take down a giant "egotistical" dragon named Drago. There's also a better look at the workout mini-games under the guise of battles.
The trailer then goes into detail about how you can make smoothies with different ingredients you find, and how each recipe has a unique effect during battle – such as restoring health or boosting abilities. And much like a standard adventure game, each new area of Ring Fit Adventure has towns filled with villagers, where you can take on quests and receive rewards.
If you play for an average of 30 minutes a day, the adventure may span several months. Beyond this, is a look at a bunch of other modes and the additional workout options on offer. View the video above for the full rundown.

Fun! Yes!!!
Adventure! Yes!!!
Exercise! Er... 😆
This is a whole load more exciting than looking at a virtual running track, I genuinely support this Ring fit concept and game no matter how goofy it may seem.
I genuinely like the smoothie concept.
The great thing is, unlike most games, if I see something that gets my interest, I can try making it IRL!
Even if this isn’t for everyone, the world needs Nintendo to keep being Nintendo and bring us random experiences like this!
Pre ordered. This looks like exactly the kind of twist on the fitness game thing that I'm looking for.
such a nice evolution of wii fit and great use of joycons. im interested in this but the $80 starting price is still pulling be back slightly
Ring Fit for smash
I can finally retire my Wii and Wii Fit!
I am actually interested in this, but will wait for reviews. I hope the quality of the ring is high.
If the reviews are good, plus general public opinion is positive, then yes, I'll definitely get this.
This looks like so much fun! Already preordered.
Pre-ordered. Looks cool. Divinity OS 2 is gonna be taking up another month of my gaming time at least so got the game ££ to spend on something random like this.
This is the first game after Pokemon Let‘s Go that I will preorder - Thank you Nintendo, please stay as you are!
The whole point of videogaming is to get as fat as possible while pretending to be in shape by controlling various Adonis like characters and sitting on the couch pounding Pringles and Skittles and Mountain Dew Game Fuel.
My life goal is to get on the news when I die with the headline: "Local man needs to have his wall broken down and crane brought in to remove his corpse".
Stop trying to ruin my dreams Nintendo.
Wii Fit, the most expensive set of scales I ever bought.
I hated it first, but from this overview trailer the game looks pretty... good actually. And fun too.
My ring is fit enough already. I'll pass.
I much prefer this trailer to the last one. And now I’m slightly excited about this. Preordering tonight (provided the wife likes the look of it)
@HalBailman "My ring is fit enough already. I'll pass"
You mean your waist ring is large enough.
@JHDK couch potato not need apply here....
Was hoping to see the couple from the first trailer. Disappointed. Lol
Someone had better beat BOTW using the Ring-Con and Leg Strap.
I’m on the fence with this one. Preordered because I get 20% off (for now), but if I didn’t I’d likely hold off.
