Today, publisher PQube has announced that it will be releasing more of its previously digital-only games in physical form on Nintendo Switch in Europe.
PQube tells us to expect more titles to appear over the course of the year, but it's kicking things off with two games in particular. Both of these have launched today; we've provided more info below with links to retailers should you want to pick them up. Some of these are actually selling the games for less than the recommended price.
Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story
Available physically from 21st June | RRP: £19.99 / €24.99
Order from: GAME / 365 Games / Base
Official description:
Have you ever wondered where all the powerful knights and wizards come from? No-one is born a hero. It is your job, as principal of Valthiria Academy, to train the most promising students to become heroes of legend! With the five queendoms vying for control of the land, your academy plays a vital role in bringing peace back to Valthiria. Meanwhile, a dark shadow looms to the North…
Nippon Marathon
Available physically from 21st June | RRP: £19.99 / €24.99
Order from: GAME / 365 Games / Base
Our full review: 6/10
"Nippon Marathon isn’t going to be to everyone’s tastes – those eye-wateringly janky visuals (whether by design or not) and the nature of physics-driven racing are an acquired taste that most people are going to tire of, fast. However, look past the surface and there’s a multiplayer experience here that will appeal to fans of Gang Beasts and the like, who just want a silly party game that cares not for seriousness in any form."
Do either of these take your fancy? Do you like to collect smaller titles in physical form? Let us know in the comments.

@Bunkerneath
At least there is an indie game (Valthirian Arc) made by peoples from my country Indonesia. 😉
Great! Love PQube~
@Anti-Matter : And it's a not so bad game I would say. I like it.
I'm a little keen on Nippon Marathon. It reminds me a bit of Muscle March on WiiWare.
If only they would fix the controls of Muscle March, a port of that would be an absolute dream. I love that silly, silly game.
@Timsworld2 Not yet it seems. Valthirian Arc appears for PS4, but there's nothing for Switch yet.
Hopefully more stores across Europe will update if they end up getting stock!
Yep, saw them both in GAME at the Arndale in Manchester today.
Hell Warders is also coming out physically.
Nice! Will get them someday!
