Long Tail Spirit Event Starts In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Later This Week

I still don't really see much value in these events, to be honest.

Have these damn exclusive spirits be the in-game for us that would not have enough time to play! We all work tireless hours for a living and don't have much time to do these. It's very pointless now

Oh crap, I missed the Labo event.

This tail one doesn't have exclusive spirits, does it?

@KingBowser actually it only takes a few minutes to get them, so technically there was plenty of time to get them all, they are super easy to get.

@Euler no, it does not seem like it does.

@Yosher This events are meant to mostly appeal to the younger players, kids find them fun to play along.

SP is easier to farm anyway, but we just had an experience boost event I managed to make good use of.

And yes, I'm still sitting on Spirit Board alone, four months later.

Let’s be honest, WOL is boring. I don’t really care about spirits, but I will go and get some. I don’t care about WOL, because It’s just normal battles, with very small twists. Some stages have poison or fire you might say. I can do that in stage builder. With sub space emesary, all the stages weren’t just stages. They were all made differently. Same with Melee. You do fight the smashers, yes, but they threw some effort like the Mushroom Kingdom! WOL takes 20-60 hours. I can’t think of doing the same thing over and over and over for 20+ hours. Will I be getting the spirits? Yes. Will I use them? Probably not.

@Chibi_Manny Is that so? Didn't think that would be the case but if so then sure I can respect that.

@Franklin @Bliquid The new total is 1320, counting the new Persona spirits and the Labo ones.

Honestly Some events suck..

@Chibi_Manny Technically, it only took a few minutes for each one, but only one was available each hour on a set rotation. If you missed one, you had to wait another 3 hours for that one to rotate around again.

@RevengeFan actually the spirits time frames overlapped eachother so it was possible to get two pop up in one sitting.

@Chibi_Manny Really? Not from what I experienced, but I didn't hang around the spirit board long. I'll have to check it closer next time. Thanks.

@RevengeFan Or you could use Rematch thing if you have one, click the Y button for the things, whatever you call them, (power-ups, not necessarily)
