@Rhaoulos Not true - I live in the Isle of Man which has a very small population and most of the places are made of small villages and just a few small towns. There are hundreds of Pokestops / Gyms which were transferred over from Ingress - you can submit new points of interest / portals in the latter which in turn become Pokestops.

Like Sikthvash says, the magnificent thing about Pokémon Go was exactly that even if you did go far outside the cities, there were still gyms and stops, because people would mark any old thing as a point of interest.
It was quite fun to follow from the sideline, as someone who never played the game, but had friends and nephews who did.

Will we have to pay money to stop a child being strangled again?

If Pokemon Go wasn't Pokemon, I would have bailed on the game LONG ago. This game has cause me more frustration than any other, with the constant bugs. The dodge glitch has been in the game since the beginning and still causes problems in raid battles! And as a recent example, they just rolled out the new "Lucky Friends" feature where you are "guaranteed" a Lucky trade with friends who reach this status. Except people are reporting trading their best mons and them not turning Lucky! Every new feature rolls out broken and causes players to waste resources they've been saving up. Not to mention their support always provides incorrect and conflicting information.

We'll have to see if the Harry Potter brand is strong enough for people to put up with the constant issues this game will surely have.
