While Wednesday was the day for seemingly every official game announcement on the planet -including a ton of new Pokémon games - Thursday followed suit with a megaton of leaks and swiftly unveiled secret games. While the next Assassin's Creed was revealed by a keyring, a document has surfaced that suggests some heavily rumoured (and completely unexpected) titles are due for an official unveiling at E3 this month.
The document in question states Nintendo Switch will be getting a port of popular anime brawler Dragon Ball FighterZ, Overcooked 2 and a mysterious new title called Killer Queen Black. The document, which first surfaced on 4Chan, also lists Paladins alongside the previously announced FIFA 19, Starlink: Battle for Atlas, Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate and Mario Tennis Aces.

Oh, and a little thing called Fortnite.
Nintendo Switch owners have been clamouring for some more big name titles on the platform, and if this document is to be believed, it's going to be getting them in the coming months.
What do you make of this leak? Something to be believed, or just wishful thinking? Share your thoughts below...

Yes!! Yes yes yes !!! What I like is the fact they are not heavy games. 2.5DBZ and fortnight is on smartphones. No salt needed
Some good ones there. I'm very interested in FighterZ and Monster Hunter, but I might dig into Fortnite and Mario Tennis.
This leak was confirmed by Destructiod when they reported on it. Same with Kotaku.
Of all the "list of E3 games conveniently printed on a piece of paper", this one is actually legit.
E3 leaks are about as easy to fake as it goes. I don't buy it. Wait and see.
Aside from Mario Tennis, none of these actually interest me unfortunately
Fortnite been rated in Korea for Switch
I am hoping that’s not all switch gets at E3 - that would be very disappointing.
@Stocksy Dont be silly
@Stocksy Smash is not on the list, while we know it'll be there and probably playable. If this is true, it's not the complete list.
Other than FIFA19,Killer Queen Black and of course Mario Tennis none of these really interest me. I've read good things about Killer Queen and I'm assuming Black part means it's a remaster or director's cut. Fortnite I'll definitely have a go at assuming it's free to start.Paladins I don't know anything about other than it looks like Fortnite and has had brilliant reviews on Steam.
MHGU , DBZ ,Overcooked 2 and Starlink are not for me.
She's a killer... Queeeeeen. Black
Interesting, probably not a video game with Queen music, though
I'll believe it when I see it.
DragonBall FighterZ would be awesome. I couldn't care less for Fortnite. I'm indifferent towards the others except Mario Tennis Aces.
@Saego @RiruKiria yeah I meant ones we didn’t know about.
I have high hopes for some big name third party games.
To me none of this list is big news at all.
Good to see Fortnite on that list since it's already on mobile devices! It would be cool if we can log in with our accounts from the other versions (I'm on the PS4 and iOS).
Isn't Killer Queen the 10 player indie arcade game?
Games like Fortnite and Fifa are very nice to have, because it has a big audience. Hopefully, Dragon Ball Z and Monster Hunter will be on the switch too, seeing it's fanbase.
@Stocksy Its been reported that they got some major unannounced games ready for this year
Never played, never will...
@NinjaBadger Aye, you can even see one of the characters in the logo.
I need to know about Overcooked 2.
Hopefully the game is official and easier than first installment.
I live in one of the few areas that actually has Killer Queen within a reasonable distance so I can vouch for just how good it is. It’s my favorite arcade game and reminds me of all the best memories I had with Joust/Balloon Fight wrapped up in a 5v5 game. If this is true I’ll be playing a lot more Killer Queen.
I’d like to play Fortnite, see if the hype is justified.
It's important to mention that this list is actually from a booth plan containing info and technical data about the display setups in one area of Nintendo's E3 booth. It's just one of many pages, so it's not a complete list of announcements or games that'll be there, as some people seem to think. And it's 100% legit, has already been confirmed by various outlets who already know about some of the games listed there.
Not such a surprising list, actually. Fortnite was obvious as it runs well on mobiles already and the art style fits well on Switch.
Everybody was hoping for DBZ and sales have gone downhill rapidly, so it makes sense for them to port to Switch, especially if they want to stay in E-Sports.
How about Gundam Breakers eh, why not in switch?
So long as I can use my Xbox account on Switch like I can on iOS, Switch will probably become my main system for fortnite
It’s great and I can get my laptop back from the kids
Don't know what that killer Queen is, Aces is the only thing there on my list, and as of later when I'm playing it I hope it's great and not crap lol... All the others are meh
@Saego yeah I was thinking that. Surely can’t be the full list as Nintendo wouldn’t come with just Mario tennis. They must have more
Will be cool if true.
Pretty boring leak, so yeah, as far as leaks go this seems extremely likely. Fortnite is almost a no brainer with it already being on mobile anyways and what not, and DBZ Fighter also makes all kind of sense on the Switch, so .... I don't really care about either game, but that's just me, and I don't doubt both will be very popular with many Switch owners.
I mean, I myself don't quite get what makes Fortnite so popular, but I know it is incredibly popular and I don't see what I shouldn't soar high on the Switch as well. DBZ Fighter looks amazing, but I just cannot bring myself to care about 2D fighters - sadly =(
If Monster Hunter World were on the list, I'd call B*S*, cos that is never going to happen obviously (seeing how poorly it runs on the base X1 and PS4). Also: I was not aware Paladins is still a thing. A genuinely forgot this existed. Kinda surprised honestly, but seeing as Overwatch is not a thing on the Switch (yet), it might make some sense to bother with a port, I guess.
@Stocksy Nintendo has confirmed smash bros for switch will be the focus of e3, and that's not on there, so no, thats not all
@EasyDaRon that game looked like so much fun, I really want to see more about it
So you're saying Fortnite could be announced in.. puts on shades
...in two weeks time.
Wait...takes off shades...I meant a fortnight. Dammit!
We all knew Fortnite is coming.
@Switchcraft "Fortnite was obvious as it runs well on mobiles already and the art style fits well on Switch." Art style fits well? As in, something the Switch can handle?
Typos day is today on NL !!
I’d very much like Pikmin 4, already bored of fortnite though might get back into it if I could play it in bed.
Do you have to spoil so much in your headline?! I’d rather not know about the rumours but to be told the main games in the headline I now know more than I wanted to. Or should I just avoid the site for a couple of weeks until it’s all over?
@Defeated_Hero
did N go back to E3? I was under the impression they completely pulled out a few years ago.. was that just the press conference stuff and they still keep a small booth area?
@OorWullie I'm excited for dbz if it's true and I would rather have pubg then fortnite, but if it's full game with co-op I'll take it. As for Paladins, that game is amazing I'd your into games like overwatch. Pretty much exactly the same concept , but for me I found Paladins to be more fun and competitive. On my Xbox version I haven't paid a dime and have every character.
@NintendoFan4Lyf That's a misconception as paladins was in development before overwatch. If anything overwatch stole some of their characters as their art was released before overwatch came out.
Personally I like it's 5v5 better then 6v6. Also glad can't switch at a whim. High level Paladin matches are awesome if not eyeball straining
@Yasume Even Mario Tennis does nothing for me. I'll get MHGU eventually, but that's about it. Hopefully Fortnite and DBZF aren't the big third party E3 surprises.
I don't buy it. I'll wait until E3 to see if any of this is true.
Only one I care about is Monster Hunter. But Fortnite should interest my youngins.
@sword_9mm
Nintendo have always had a big E3 booth and presence. It's just the press conference they don't bother with.
https://www.engadget.com/2016/06/16/nintendo-e3-2016-zelda-booth/
I wonder if 'Metroid Prime: Renegade' can impress because most of these Nintendo leaks are pretty disappointing.
This seems to be "Worst kept gaming secrets revealed for 2018" by the looks of the document. Pretty much no surprises on this document
@sword_9mm Nah, that's not correct. In fact they tend to have one of the biggest booths there (this year at least as big as Ubisoft and Activision combined), especially the one for Breath of the Wild two years ago was amazing. As electrolite77 mentioned, they just don't care about the press conference stuff.
gotcha.
i knew about the BOTW booth but i thought they were doing less presence at the actual show.
the pressers (by any of em) either blow it away or are just terribad so no loss there.
@sword_9mm One would think Nintendo would have a conference again since they're not the laughing stock of the industry anymore
Can't wait til AUGUST for MHGU
Just hope they fix the chat So we can.....
@Equinox curious why you call Overwatch SJW approved. It’s always getting in trouble with SJWs for supposedly racially insensitive outfits
Never played Paladins, but if Overwatch isn’t coming to Switch anytime soon, I will love playing it. And I can’t wait to play some Fortnite on Switch. And without voice chat, I won’t have to hear the pre-teens screaming in my ear when I play group matches
@MFD Art style as in bright and colorful. It's a presentation that feels home on a Nintendo platform and probably has a better chance for support and advertisement than say Wolfenstein.
@Equinox Is every post a trigger that makes you think of Overwatch? I would check but I'm busy playing Overwatch.
Mildly interested in FighterZ but that's about it.
Until CAPCOM learns to quit prancing around telling people how underpowered the switch is, actually learns how to write a scalable game, and brings monster hunter world to the switch, they are dead to me.
Cool additions to the lineup (if proven to be true). I'm fine with these being spoiled. Its the Nintendo surprises I want to keep a surprise for the actual reveals
@Equinox Get a grip, lol
@Menchi187
ehhh.... they're not exactly the darlings either.
people still remember that N is not the 3rd party charm they were back in the snes/nes days and they still have A LOT to learn about the modern video game market.
but the pressers are still mostly trash no matter which company is presenting.
@sword_9mm Anyone coming to Nintendo for 3rd party support is gonna have a bad time.
Say what you will about Fortnite, but this is a release that Nintendo needs to grab. It's the new Minecraft, so at least Nintendo is getting it earlier than it did that game.
This isn't a list of games. It looks like a print order for booth banners, probably for individual demo stations. There are plenty more games coming (there are many announced/leaked that aren't on this sheet). I always have mixed feelings about leaks (it's nice to know the game you really want is 'confirmed', but...), especially this year with so many. It kind of ruins the excitement for the show. I was on the fence about spending the money to go this year, but I'm thinking I'm going to pass. Partly due to all of the leaks, partly due to the idea of waiting in long lines to play for a few minutes (like Six Flags). Everything else is going to be streamed, so yeah...
@Menchi187
which makes my inner child sad.
all they had to do was put a cdrom in the n64 and they would've kept FF and square and the n64 would've been more successful. but they let sony take the prize and here they are. throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what if anything will stick.
such a fall and i don't know if they ever recover from all those bad decisions.
@MoonKnight7 not to mention it shows the scalability of a properly written unreal game. Kinda Epics way of saying if you write a game properly it can run on everything.
@Andyjm E3 is just one big advertisement anyway. It's not like they're spoiling the ending to a blockbuster movie or a bestselling book or anything.
My kids just got Fortnite on Xbox One this week. Should call it Kid Crack.
Looking forward to any info regarding Starlink.
@SmaggTheSmug true, large industry events like this are used as glorified adverts. I’d still like to watch the presentation (Direct?) without knowing the big reveal at the end though. Let’s face it, Nintendo loves its ‘one more thing..’ reveals at the end of their Directs.
@Yasume These are the playable ones on the booths, I believe. It's not the announcement roster.
Fortnight is great for the console. But I’m more interested in what else they show.
I hate when stuff is leaking cause then I can't fix the leak. Now I had to live with it and hope that it stop. Yeah these are more believable, doesn't get me any more exciting cause they are old games or coming ports and the hype for them were either gone or not yet built but it's nice that they are coming for Switch if true. I don't need salt for these.
I believe!!!!
...I thought Dragon Ball Fighter Z was already Switch-bound? I remember a lot of hubbub about it around the holiday season, anyway...
@tekknik
Absolutely. It definitely shows its a versatile game. Strike while the iron is hot, it is a perfect game for the Switch and it's drop in and drop out play style.
Madden please?
These leaks, whether true or not, are starting to get quite ridiculous....Can no one hold their silence anymore?
@Andyjm They learn it from this guy

@sword_9mm
They made a good call ducking the press conferences. The Direct format works much better as it reduces cringeworthy moments to a minimum.
That is a pretty sad list.
We went from an original top rated game from Ubisoft to a toy fest StarLink.
@sword_9mm
They needed to more during the N64 years to keep third-party support than just have a CD-ROM. Because they were so obnoxious to third-parties during the NES year's those forms couldn't wait to jump ship. Sony were better at everything in terms of getting that support because they wanted it more. Simple things like charging lower royalties (which even carried on into the PS2/GameCube era}, having a budget range to sell old games etc.
The paradox with the switch is that with having got the hardware right and having all their future resources on one system their own games library will be strong enough to sell it, with third-party support welcome but really just a bonus. This especially applies to western AAA stuff. Those thinking the lack of COD, BF and co will damage the Switch are miles off.
In that context with Pokémon, Smash, Mario Tennis, Fire Emblem and Yoshi (along with maybe one or two more from Nintendo) on the way this year, filling that out with DBZ, Fortnite, Sonic Racing and the like is making for a very strong rest of the year.
@Ralek85 "I mean, I myself don't quite get what makes Fortnite so popular, but I know it is incredibly popular and I don't see what I shouldn't soar high on the Switch as well. " I think we're beyond the age group that such games appeal to.
Fortnite, my understanding it's it's like putting some Minecraft into your Quake. And it takes super reflexes of the modern ritalin addled child to build and aim at the same time.
Trouble is I don't really "get" Minecraft either. (I love DQ: Builders though, go figure.)
It seems the things that are super popular are very different from the things gaming nerds like. Go figure.
the word I changed counts as profanity, apparently...so...-Joey
@electrolite77
yeah; but that's not healthy if it's just N games and some old ports/re-releases and junk chucked half-heartedly from some 3rd parties.
i'm still loathing the wii and the 99% trash that inundated that dumb thing. sure they sold a boatload but that market never materialized for the next system.
and yeah; sony did things right and N was AWFUL back in those days. the mortal kombat blood-gate was a huge issue. suddenly N is just for kids and THAT carried over and is still a thing. No CD rom was just idiocy and of course a "we are butthurt about the whole sony-cd thing" with a generous dollop of 'buy carts ONLY from us cause we're a bunch of greedy idiots'.
their dealings with 3rd parties was terrible, but even when they came around the damage was done; add that to the underpowered wii/wii u and the stupidity of not putting a DVD in the gamecube/making it look like a lunch box with a crazy controller really really did them no favors.
The severe lack of first party titles in this list is alarming. If the only in house game Nintendo plans to have playable at E3 is Mario Tennis, we are in rough shape.
@thesilverbrick Well, Smash for Switch will be playable at E3, Nintendo has already announced it.
@thesilverbrick Tennis, Smash, likely Fire Emblem, the 2 Pokemons (!), Yoshi. I'm probably forgetting something. Maybe the mystery Star Fox Racer if it's real. Probably some other WiiU port. That's not bad first party for a 6 month calendar, and includes freaking Pokemon. Before the Pokemon announcement it was thin, but that makes a big splash (regardless of if it's everyone's cup of tea or not.) Sony said they're focusing on 4 games this year, and they're not all 2018 games........ so yeah Nintendo's in good shape exclusive wise.
@electrolite77 If your list is including 3rd parties then its huge. Okami HD, Ys, Octopath (exclusive), Wolfenstein, Titan Quest (an oldie but a goodie) (maybe Diablo if the rumor was true), FIFA19, Mega Man, MHXX, i'd be surprised if Ubi brought nothing..... There's a lot of 2018 third party.
Edit: Valkyria! (If that's 2018)
@sword_9mm It's easy in hindsight. Nintendo DID do a lot of poor decision making for years under Yamauchi. Mostly in their dealings with third parties. But some of it isn't comparing Nintendos' position on it's merits but comparing it to how the market turned out. No CDs was a technical decision. Slow load times. They weren't wrong, the disc systems had you waiting while the discs seeked and seeked, gnashing and thrashing. And here we are in 2018 and Switch lets you play from cartridges, while the disc systems force you to install the whole disc to an HDD because the disc is just too slow. Nintendo was ahead of the curve but unfortunately FMV and recorded audio flooded the market, developers and consumers were enthralled, and practicality didn't return to the market until 2013.
Wii was kind of a reaction to the downward spiral those decisions left them in though. Changing directions to a broad market. The experiment to create new gamers failed. But it did make them a huge war chest to spend on other changes and products. Wii is a bitter-sweet memory for me as a Nintendo fan. WiiU was a much better console even if it was a failure. And yet were it not for the Wii and DS, there may not be a Switch or a Nintendo today, and some classics were made during that time for sure.
@NEStalgia I dunno, for the most part you are probably right. I liked the idea behind Minecraft, but ultimately I found it relied way too much on my imagination. That is not so much "bad" per se, as it is just not what I am looking for in a videogame. Leaving room for my imagination to fill some blanks? Sure, that's fine, but leaving everything besides the mechanics, which were not THAT spectatcular imho, up to me? No thanks.
I really did like Overwatch though, and who knows, if I really gave it a shot, I might like Fortnite as well - or any of the other up-and-coming Battle Royal games. Still, I've growing wary of these kind of hypes, purely based on the fact that they are hypes.
I was on board with the MOBA hype, because I was into DoTA (and other WC3 custom maps like it) long before it was a hype. In fact, by the time DoTA 2 rolled around, my interest was already waining.
Similarly, I was onboard with the Hero Shooter hype and the excellent OW, because I was into games like Team Fortress year before I've even ever heard the term "Hero Shooter".
I didn't get invested because of any hype. It's more like that the a broader audience caught unto something, I had found to 'naturally', so to speak.
Sandbox-building games and Battle Royal games though I just fail to see the appeal, hence I think that if I ever were to get invested into one of those, it would be like ... 'there must be something here, 'cos so many people cannot be possibly wrong'
"It seems the things that are super popular are very different from the things gaming nerds like. Go figure."
I think there is something to that. There are insanely popular games, that are - in my view - insanely popular because they are insanely accessible by hitting really only so much as the lowest common denominator, mixed with some psych-101-design choices. I never found myself even remotely enjoying Pokemon Go or Candy Crush or Clash of Clans or whatever really. As - like you said - "gaming nerd" I indeed feel like my tastes run contrary to these games, up to the point where I have a hard time even considering these titles "games".
I don't want to lump neither Minecraft or Fortnite in with these "games" though. I think those are just instances where I am out of tune with the zeitgeist, maybe it's related to my age, maybe not. I don't think it is (like I said, I was really into OW at the time - like really - and I still think is a fantastic title, even I'm not playing regularly anymore ^^). Plus, I wanted to love Splatoon 2 as well, but I just did not click. My bad (that's not meant to be sarcastic).
Still, at times it can be quite the surreal experience to be out of the loop on something like this. Pokemon GO was really strange for me, since I knew a helluva lot of folks, who at least at the time, were suddenly really into it, even many non-gamers. People talked about it, and showed off, and I couldn't offer more than a tired smile and shrug, because I was really beyond not interested. Seriously, I enjoyed Pokemon as a kid, but right then, right there, I would have rather someone explain their passion for Cricket to me than hear anymore about arceusdamn Pokemon Go.
@thesilverbrick @Stocksy They promised Smash, which isnt on the list. There will be more, plus who says all the reveals will be playable? Prime 4 might only get a first trailer after all.
Yessssss!!! First Day one purchase I am going to get Dragon Ballz Z fighters,Fortnite,Monster Hunter Generations X is the Ultimate Killer apps for switch games on my list atm.
oh an on topic
if dbz fighters looks and runs well portable i'll most certainly give it a hard look.
See with all the reveals before the big event, I was starting to lose hype for E3. But rumors, ah rumors are the age old nectar that gets us all excited and talking.
Remembers guys, rumors not reveals. Save those for the show.
@Switchcraft Don't you think that's really limiting the scope?
@sword_9mm
That's all the Switch is ever going to get. It isn't designed to get all the modern AAA games but it can provide a way to make money out of older games (like the GBA did with all them SNES ports for example). It's getting plenty of indie support too. And really the market for games like COD is elsewhere.
The most important thing is Nintendo's games. So far it's been Zelda, MK8D, Splatoon and Mario driving sales. This year it will be Donkey Kong, Fire Emblem, Smash and Pokémon and in the future it'll be Animal Crossing, Mario Maker, Metroid and co. That's what people expect from a Nintendo system. They look elsewhere for third-party games, mainly because of Nintendo's mistakes but it's too late to do anything about that now.
@NEStalgia
Yeah I think third-party support is solid and increasingly so (whereas it had all-but disappeared from Wii U by now). I think when we get the other side of E3 there will be a lot of Switch games scheduled for 2018. It's coming together nicely.
It would be extra awesome if Fortnite didn't require the subscription to play
Imagine if that were all... that would be really lame
this kinda reminds me of the smash switch leak last year but this looks more legit. I hope fighters Z does come to switch though!
Correct me if i'm wrong, but weren't you the guys who once said that they wouldn't spread leaks anymore to not support the practice?
well i already have FighterZ on the PS4 but IF it comes to the Switch then i'll double dip
can't say no to DBZ on the go
@NinjaBadger yes.
@electrolite77
yeah. just makes the 8 year old in me sad.
i remember the genesis/snes fights. glorious sonic vs mario stuff.
no more. N is a hollow shell and sega is a dumpster. sad.
The comments in here are sad. How can some think this is all Nintendo is having for E3 is beyond me. Specially since there isn't Smash, Captain Toad, the Octo Expansion, Octopath (exclusive), Fire Emblem and Yoshi all these titles are 100% coming out this year and we already know about them. Plus the games on this leak list are pretty good and popular. We have a Monster Hunter, DBZ (popular fighter), Fortnite (massive BR popular game), an hero shooter which Nintendo has any, plus new games. All this will ensure Switch units to sell more and the more we're the more games we get.
@Einherjar They did. Not that I mind, but so much for that.
FAKE…
@RiruKiria I belive that, but not the presentation leak.
Hoping there'll be a way to transfer fortnite accounts and stuff over from PS4 and other consoles. I still play it from time to time on the PS4 but generally that thing doesn't get near as much love as the Switch. It's just so much faster and easier to flip the switch on than it is the PS4, can't beat that speed and convenience.
Although this document could be fake, some of the titles on it are very likely to be shown at E3 2018. The two confirmed to be coming to Nintendo Switch in that set of games is FIFA 19 (the games platforms including Switch where confirmed at EA's Press Conference on June 9th, 2018) and Mario Tennis Aces is confirmed for Nintendo Switch as an exclusive as announced by Nintendo. As for Fortnite, although not confirmed for Nintendo Switch at this time, it's on a ton of consoles already, including even Mobile, so it getting a version for Switch is not to unlikely. There have also been a bunch of popular series recently announced for Switch in the last few months in various Nintendo Directs, that originally didn't seem like they'd be coming to Switch for a while after announcment. Some of those titles include South Park: The Fractured But Whole, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy and Undertale. Fortnite wouldn't be to suprising considering those other popular titles were all announced this year for Nintendo Switch.
