Pac-Man maybe...I dunno right now, trying to save money, lol
Fat Dragons is a pile of crap. We in Europe got it last week on the eShop.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csGVelWOPM4
I'd love to see a review for this.
I just want Pac-Man. But. Already got so much games to play as is!
So very many to choose from, the influx of games is getting ridiculous, and I love it!
Been waiting long enough for Hollow. Now we just need all the other rumored horror games!
Just went crazy on the Eshop as I was given an Amazon gift card.
From this week's update I'll be getting
Pacman CE 2
Heroic Episode
and I really like the look of Final Station but that'll be going to the wishlist for now.
I also bought
Layers of Fear
Owlboy
Aqua Kitty UDX
SkyForce Reloaded
Samurai Aces
Butcher
Man, digital games gave gotten expensive. The original SteamWorld Dig is only $9 CDN... :
Steam World Dig 2 Baby!! I'll also pick up the Alliance Alive demo.
@Dom ok I'm a bit confused. Does it launch feb 27 or mar 27 because it says march on atlus' website
https://atlus.com/alliancealive/
@SLIGEACH_EIRE but at least it only costs $0.99 instead of some stupid premium rate
@EVIL-C You're right, I hadn't noticed but SteamWorld Dig 2 is twice the price of the original game. Does it have twice the content? Does it look twice as good? No is the answer to both questions. Image & Form have had a lot of good publicity and their games are great, perhaps they think they can increase the premium on their titles now.
I voted for Heroic Episode but it's still at 0%.
Pac man!!!
@Oat i think it means the demo is out Feb 27. The full game is definitely out March 27
@EVIL-C ridiculously expensive for a game that is not that long.
Looks like PacMan, Heroic Episode, and Magical Drop II for sure.
@Oat Demo is out on 27th Feb, that's according to Nintendo's official, weekly press release https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20180222005586/en/Nintendo-Download-Waka-Waka-Waka%E2%80%A6 (at the bottom of the list on that page)
If I had a Switch, probably Pac-Man, & Toki-Tori 2+. As for Luigi, I think Nintendo should include in all (of) its online content, the future-proofing that before they pull the plug for online play, they should ensure all their online games get patches, allowing for users to continue online play, just on other servers. I understand why they wouldn't do that, but still...
Strange how Ace of Seafood is 12$ in the US.
Its only 7,39€ in Europe.
Radiation Island looks interesting, definitely checking out some reviews for that. Been having a blast with the Odyssey update all morning!
Might get Toki Tori 2+ and will finally buy Steamworld Dig 2 (Switch). Mulaka looks interesting, but that's next week and hopefully that reviews well. And every week for Switch has been packed with content. Yes, there are ports, but the games are coming, and Wii U never had as many consecutive weeks of great content that matches the games found on Switch each week.
Glad to see nothing of interest for once. Though I'll try the Alliance Alive demo on 3DS to see if it's enough for me to actually use my 3DS
I guess Alliance Alive demo for me.
@SLIGEACH_EIRE SteamWorld Dig 2 features 1.625 times the content of Dig 1, and looks 1.437 times better, which means it should cost 1.625×1.437=2.335125 times as much. Therefore being only twice as expensive is actually quite the bargain.
Just the free Mario update and the free Alliance Alive demo for me.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6O3YklMyAI
Radiation Island looks sweet.
@SLIGEACH_EIRE You know what the crazy thing is? I thought it would look worse.
I've actually been wanting to try Chromagun so I'll grab that demo.
Every week I say I’m going to download something and then I just put it on my wishlist and wait for a sale. I absolutely adored Pac-Man on PS3 so I’ll likely get the sequel. $20 seems expensive though.
After reading about changes from the first Pac CE (“bumping” ghosts?), I’m also a bit turned off by this.
@brandonbwii You can't make a game looke much worse than a mediocre flash game.
@justin233 What exactly is your target price point for Pacman? The game seems relatively substantial to me.
Toki Tori +
Bridge Constructor Portal
Pac Man Championship 2 +
@Dom
The poll only lets us choose one game. It should allow us to choose everything we're buying...
@JaxonH You can now choose up to three
Eh, nothing for me this week. I might get Pac-Man down the road when it goes to $10 or so, but for now I'm going to just try to clear my backlog. My next games will probably be Celeste, Fe, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, and Mario Tennis Aces.
@SLIGEACH_EIRE Looks like a Joust/Balloon Fight clone.
@OorWullie Nice haul buddy. Do let me know if any of those modern shmups are worth buying.
I'm highly tempted by SteamWorld Dig 2 since it's now on the 3DS, but I've convinced myself to wait until I get a Switch. Nothing for me this week.
@Nintendoforlife I don’t know... $20 just seems like a lot to me. I’ll likely never touch the 2P mode, so $10 or so? I’m also about the cheapest person you’ll ever encounter so take that into account.
PAC-MAN BABY!!
@Fake-E-Lee Looks like Hollow Switch version is much better that PC.
Preordered toki tori 2+ when it was announced. All for me, this week.
I'm interested in Final Station, Pacman, Dragon Sinker, and Membrane. I actually think this has been one of the best release weeks for Indies with the quantity of good titles. There is some trash though.
@Dom gotcha. Thanks for clarifying that for me
I got TypoMan just as a show of support. im a fan But not for everyone. Pacman is also lots Of fun but No way worth $20 dollars. That is 9.99 game everywhere else.
Another pretty sad release list for the Switch. No big exciting release - 2018 has been "meh" so far on Switch. 2 months of random stuff.
Major Slime-san update today, I've waited so long. Great game.
@SLIGEACH_EIRE This is just Balloon Fight but with dragons and not balloons!
Aaahhhh, FINALLY! The Alliance Alive! Masashi Hamauzu's music is so good, I even played some of it at my wedding reception (stuff from Final Fantasy XIII). Definitely recommended to lovers of good soundtracks...
Nothing too exciting this week. I will get the Mario Odyssey update, but that's about it. I kinda feel like last year spoiled me, but I am starting to have bad memories of the Wii U droughts popping up in my head.
But odds are we will get a Nintendo Direct on the anniversary of the Switch launch last month, so that ought to alleviate some fears. Hopefully that talk about more than Nintendo Cardboard.
@Nintendoforlife I know it looks bad, I’ve just come to have such low expectations on 3DS eshop these days that I expected it to look even worse. 😆
@brandonbwii Jesus I actually just watched the video now and it's worst than I ever thought it could have been. It immediately reminded me of a game my cousins would play on Nickelodeon yet someone it looks even worse than that game as well.
Game:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKims8i0z70
@Nintendoforlife True but keep in mind only a few weeks ago we got this https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=07Y9Q-vUe3M
@brandonbwii That game shouldn't even be legal to charge money for, if we're being honest here.
I thought Two Tribes closed up shop after Rive??
Looking at Pac=Man's eyes, is he crossed eyed or looking in different directions?
Pacman for me. Hopefully it keeps me busy till Kirby.
NLife needs to do more reviews!
Hire new ppl or something. We need a Hollow reviews asap.
@Nintendoforlife I hear that! 😂
@Fake-E-Lee Let me know later what you think of it gameplay and story wise please.
@Fake-E-Lee what points specifically?
@Fake-E-Lee ohh...yeah I pass, but thanks for responding.
