New Splatoon amiibo Now Available For Pre-Order On Nintendo's UK Store

No! Nintendo UK don't deliver to Ireland anyway. Even though they're supposed to cover UK & Ireland. And in Ireland the double pack is being sold for €35 when £20 is just over €26. The Irish constantly being ripped off.

Curse you amiibo, curse you and your collective charms. Will the new ones provide any additional functions in games, new mini games or levels? Even special clothing or weapons would be nice.

Already preordered them at the local GameStop yesterday.

I think I am good with original amiibos but Sisters? OH YES.
I try hide new amiibos from husband, but he keeps spotting that amount of amiibos is going up, those are everwhere. Besides, him seeing a package in mail, it is like Christmas for him. OOOH WHAT WE HAVE HERE.

I haven't wasted money on amiibos since Roy and Ryu.

Ordered them all then cancelled my Game pre-order. Charging £15 more for the same amiibos. For shame. They'll all be gone very soon

@Alundra-1998 It was but I'd guess the key thing wasn't that it was GAME's stock but rather it had Splatoon amiibo.

Do you have any information regarding what these new reskinned Amiibo unlock? Or do they just provide the same functionality as their previous versions?

Don't order anything from Nintendo website they are a joke. I just checked some of the wii games and the cost 39.99. Gbp

Pre ordered the squid sisters this morning. The double pack was already sold out so I had to buy both the singles for extra £2. Woe is me.

I preordered the Squid Sisters. I'm not bothered about alternate colour amiibos any more, especially since Europe misses out on a lot of cool ones like Gold Mega Man

@Steelhead Remember they priced it cleverly (19.99) so you would've had to pay for delivery! So you wouldn't have saved money anyway!

Nobody owes us anything BUT the Nintendo UK Store do claim to cover the UK and Ireland and I gotta say I sympathise when that's simply not true if they won't deliver to the ROI. Doesn't affect me in Northern Ireland, but... he's got a right to feel a bit aggrieved, in my opinion.

@gcunit There's only 1 person throwing out the insults. Constantly insulting me, clogging up my notifications, was told to ignore but ignored that. I've reported him numerous times but it seems like little if not nothing is being done about it.

E.g. "Isn't Sligo the town in Ireland where everyone has the same last name?"

If it says Out of Stock, keep checking the page throughout the day... when I first accessed it, the Squid Sisters pack was Out of Sotck but after a while I checked again and the pack was available. Got the Sisters + Waddle Dee (which was previously Out Of Stock too)

Unless you like keeping amiibos in the same package, that double pack is kinda pointless.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE You're right. Nintendo UK covers UK and Ireland.

However, their partner that runs the website/warehouse is Zavvi/TheHUTGroup who do not operate in Ireland, thus the website they operate is UK only.
