Nintendo closed out September with a bit of a bang, at least from the perspective of Super Smash Bros. fans. It released DLC on 30th September, and now that the rest of the week's download content has landed on the eShop and Nintendo mentioned the Smash DLC in its press release, we thought we might as well make sure that those of you yet to look into the DLC know the deal.
Below, then, are screens and prices for all of the new DLC offerings, along with a few videos at the end as a little bonus; there are some gems for you Monster Hunter fans, too. Unless otherwise stated all prices are for single format followed by the Wii U & 3DS combined price.

Is it weird that I don't even use these costumes, but I need to own them all?
@CapnKael It isn't weird....I hope
No matter how you dress them, I will still hate Miis. So much focus on them for DLC means I am not getting DLC. My wallet is satisfied.
@CapnKael Are you me? I buy all this stuff and I don't even like Miis that much. The stages though...
That rathalos mail makes me want to pick up mh4u again
Is it just me or does the gunner version of the business suit remind anyone of the investigators in Tokyo Ghoul?
I don't know what Rhathalos is and I don't play as my Mii, but I may have to buy him for those times I play with my kids, just for that sword.
I NEVER buy the Mii costumes... but by gosh I HAVE to have those MH costumes!! I'm officially maining Mii Swordfighter now.
Could care less for the costumes. These stages are welcomed though! Kinda disappointed that Mario doesn't get the SMM costume it's kind of a cool look for him! Does anyone else think that this was just a "throw away" kind of dlc and that they are releasing bigger better stuff for when the ballot ends?
@CapnKael Nope, not at all, its "completionism" And youre not the only one infected with it
I recently bought the last 3 packs i passed because i took a little time off of Smash and thanks to Ryu, i was finally able to clear the "100 Man Smash in under 3:00 Minutes" (2:20)
I really love the Mii costumes and the detail that went into them but ive yet to play all the extra Stages.
@rjejr Like @DarthNocturnal said, its the poster boy of the series and its armor is one that really incorporates the series gimmick of "making armor out of monstes" since the dragon Parts are still very visible and recognizable (Like the Neck Plates on the helmet or the wing tips on the weist armor).
And yes, that sword looks amazing
Bonus trivia: Its called the Djinn or, if upgraded, the Blazing Falchion and is a "Sword and Shield" type weapon.

Without K. King Rool, Waluigi, or Issac, I could care less about the dlc for this game. Too busy playing Mario Maker and in the rare case I'm, not, I'll be playing Splatoon or Shovel Knight.
Still, they do look nice though.
Oh my goodness. I use a Brawler Mii and that business suit is the first costume DLC I'm tempted to buy for Smash Bros. Something about beating people up while dressed for success really speaks to me.
While I doubt I'll ever actually buy into Mii costumes (don't play 'em much, if ever), this is the most compelling set yet!
There is too much emphasis on Mii costumes in Smash although Rathalos armor has been my main gear in the last two installments of MH. So I think it's pretty cool. How about a Jhen Mohran stage??
@sinalefa
I'll admit it. I didn't like the Miis until all the DLC costumes. Now I love them!
Dat Rathalos armor...
PIRATE SHIP YASSS
I'd like when all the updates are done, that there is an all-in-one DLC bundle for a set price. And I hope it's reasonable. The way it is now is haphazard. To buy all the DLC bundles cost over €53 and that's just for the Wii U DLC. That's as much as the game cost. Yet as a percentage how much extra has the DLC added compared to the original content? 10-20%? If even that. €53 so far and they're not even finished yet. That's €108 and counting for one game.
business suit + Iwata mii = sadness.
Just woke up and I saw DLC and what looked like a Super Mario Maker picture at first. The hype awaked me up to reality.
Getting all the stages for sure...will piece meal the costumes.
@Einherjar @DarthNocturnal Thanks guys. I think the point I was trying to make, if one can make a point about Mii costumes, is that while I feel most people buy these things for their affection for the character - why else would anybody buy that Starfox hat? - I thought Rathalos was actually worthy of a purchase on it's own merits. There's something very Squaresoft about it. Knowing it's from MH does explain why @JaxonH actually typed "Dat"
definetly gonna pick up the mario maker and FREE duck hunt level
I'll get the stages but might only get the odd Mii costume (business suits my favourite).
I was hopeful the Business Suit Gunner would carry a realistic pistol. Should've known better.
At last! Now I can brawl with Toad! I'm going to get an extra Toad amiibo, then use it to customize my Mii Brawler amiibo.
