Splatoon's ever expanding list of weaponry has just grown even bigger with the addition of two brand new weapons: The Bamboozler 14 Mk I and the modified L-3 Nozzlenose D.
The new Bamboozler 14 Mk I comes equipped with a Splash Wall and a Killer Wail/Megaphone Laser, and whilst it's quick to charge and has decent range the damage is lower than other chargers meaning you'll have to fire off more than one shot to best an enemy. The L-3 Nozzlenose D is a variant on the original L-3 Nozzlenose which employs a unique burst fire mechanic. This new model brings Burst Bombs and the deadly Kraken in tow, giving you advanced close combat capabilities should you need them.

Saw a bunch of these a few minutes after 10 in ranked mode but they soon dissppeared. I actually used 3 weapons tonight as I was having a horrible string of bad luck and rainmaker in urchin underpass and depot plays differently than splat on Port Mackerel and the Rig. Then I was going to bed before splatfest started but now it's 80 minutes after midnight and I'm still up. Ok, time for bed for real.
Heading to work now,but no doubt my son will try them out while I'm away. I'll check them out this evening before European Splatfest begins... MoonWalk to victory my fellow dancers! Do it for #MJ on his birthday!

@AlexOlney How do you manage to avoid Ninty's silly copyright claims on the Splatoon music? I REALLY need a solution to this as a Nintendo youtuber.
@rjejr heh, I feel your pain! I felt like I was out of sync last night as I had a string of failures... tried sleeping, but I was so wired that all I could think about was getting back into another match =0p
I tried the Bamboozler. It reminds me of rifles from WW1 kind of thing, it's pretty weird being the only charger which doesn't 1-hit-kill. Not my kind of thing.
@rjejr - never play Splatoon before bed.......because 4am shows up quicker 3 minutes at a time

If anything, they would have to be buffed. They give almost no damage.

@Gerbwmu My kids are on it all day, before be dis the only time I get. Well they will be back in school in 4 days, but my wife frowns upon me spending my days playing video games when there's housework to be done.

I've been using the L-3 Nozzlenose D a lot in the Splatfest so far and I'm loving it. It'll be my new main weapon. It's so easy to defeat opponents with short-range weapons, and Kraken is always fantastic.
@Shigmin Thank you! I'm a huge fan of the Heavy Splatling, it's more satisfying than the Chargers even if it does put you in slightly more danger most of the time.
