The current Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses - Master Quest tour is well underway, and those attending concerts in North America will soon have the opportunity to pick up some classic Zelda manga and graphic novels while enjoying the music.
VIZ Media is kicking off a partnership with the tour to sell its range of Zelda-themed manga and graphic novels. This'll include the current batch of 10 manga (and the box set) by Akira Himekawa which cover a number of the biggest games in the franchise.
Kicking off on 5th May, the partnership will also tellingly include the graphic novel for The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past by the hugely respected (and sadly passed away) Shotaro Ishinomori. Originally serialised in Nintendo Power magazine in the '90s, the compiled collection in one book has been out of print and rather rare. This re-published version by VIZ is sure to go down well as a result.

VIZ Media will also have a presence at San Diego Comic-Con, naturally, including the Symphony of the Goddesses concert at the event.
Will any of you concert-goers in North America be considering picking up some of these Zelda goodies at the events?

Totally want to get this. I only have six of the ten volumes of the manga, but why not get this too?
Eh....viz....Zelda....same story!?! Let's hope buster gonad and Roger mellie don't live with the gorons........
What are the locations? I doubt they are anywhere near South Carolina, but it's worth a shot.
I was at the London concert, and was pretty disappointed with the merch there. All they had was a Skull Kid t-shirt (just the famous Skull Kid render on a black shirt), and a Majora's Mask poster (I think it had the concert logo on it, but the image wasn't overtly linked with the concert). Having been to the Final Fantasy: Distant Worlds concert, and finding imported game soundtracks, concert soundtracks and DVDs, programmes and art books galore, I was disappointed. Nintendo could make a lot more money here, but they're not really trying.
already got mine pre-ordered : D
Is this the same comic that ran in Nintendo Power two decades ago?
