Super Smash Bros. for Wii U is one of the biggest Nintendo releases of the year, and if your're anything like us then you'll already have put plenty of time into this incredible title.
If you're perhaps not quite convinced about the game and haven't been swayed by our glowing 9/10 review, then perhaps the following video — in which we outline our favourite bits about the game — will help push you over the edge. Enjoy!

I have yet to play it, but I will... some day... so, yeah... I'll come back here and tell you aaall about it.
@Sherman NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! So close XD
The 5 things I hate on Smash U:
1. No
2. DPad
3. for
4. movement
5. support
I can beat the first 5 who disagree with me in Smash U using DPad if they add DPad support on Pro controllers.
@BensonUii But that wouldn't even work, there'd be no smash attacks!!
@PvtOttobot
There are 3 duplicates (shield, grab and jump) in the button mapping in the Pro controller. There will I map my taunts. DPad for movements along with the LStick.
Pretty much the same way I would of list it especially with all the things to do and collect. This may last me longer then brawl and I got +200 playtime hours on that.
@BensonUii - My 1 thing I hate trumps your 5 - unified saved files. Nothing like turning on SSBU to find you've already unlocked every character and beaten 17 challenges and collected 48 trophies. I would have yelled at my kids for playing on my account if the unified save wasn't brought to my attention just yesterday. So even though my kids and I each have our own account to play on, and the system says we each have our own 101MB save, we are always playing in the same base game save file. Now THATS annoying. Not sure what will happen when the kids get amiibo and need items to feed them but I suspect problems.
Was #1 "Options" or was there a specific option that was #1? Seemed like a lot of stuff was covered before it went to #2. We always play stock, my kids won't even play timed matches.
@PvtOttobot worked for the Wii Remote only control. Then again I haven't met anyone that uses it on a expert level.

5 Things I love about Super Smash Bros. 4
How about the online play? Is it still so much lag or is it enjoyable to play?
@Ganon I've experienced very little lag fests this go around, though it still does occasionally happen. But the online is very much improved.
Oh, and first paragraph:
"your're"
That is all.
@FubumblR thank's a lot.I think they will fix small problems with some updates then..
I finally picked up Smash U yesterday, and its confirmed what i feared: the Smash games just arent for me, i was over it within 10 minutes. Shame though as i loved Brawl. Im sure some fan will be happy to buy my gcn adapter bundle, but its just for me anymore....
STAGE BUILDER!!!
@retro_player_22 You don't like Dr.Mario?
There are a couple things I like about this game, even when it sadly wasnt the near perfect "must have" game we all expected for a Smash Bros, I agree with some of them on the video but... The 8 player battles just arent playable, they might be a little fun and interesting, but I can barely keep track of where I am on my 50" full HD screen and Mario Party intending to take the place of a proper single player adventure/campaign/story (smash tour) just doesnt go well with my Smash (the same can be said for turning break the targets into angry birds)
Overall I like the 3DS version by far the best and mostly because of smash run mode , I agree with alot of people in saying the single player story mode or an adventure mode is very very sadly missed I can't understand why it's missing so for me Brawl is the one to beat and still by far the best Smash Bros. title , I feel Smash for Wii U is lacking in a big way I only hope they will add an adventure or story mode through an update but I'm sure that's not very likely don't get me wrong its fun to play with other people it's just not that fun as a single player.. Bring Back An Adventure or Story Mode PLEASE..
@midnafanboy I like him if he's an alternated skin but not as a separate character. To me Mario & Dr. Mario, Marth & Lucina, Pit and Dark Pit all could had just share one slot. I hate all clone though, just the ones that are way too similar like Dr. Mario, Lucina, and Dark Pit.
@retro_player_22 IMO "SSB Universe" would be even worse than "Dimensions" for 3DS...
@Interneto At least it's better than calling it Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U. In this logic, they could had just call it Super Smash Bros. 4 (using a number) on both, they did it fine with Mario Kart 7 & 8 so they could had just name it like that seeing as how they ran out of creative surname for the title.
