In what's becoming an increasingly regular franchise, Warner Bros. is preparing to release 5th Cell's Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure in North America on 24th September; due to the ongoing absence of Scribblenauts Unlimited in Europe, it's hard to tell when it'll actually arrive on the other side of the Atlantic. In any case, this'll be the first time that the series goes into licensed territory, applying its focus on creativity and bonkers humour to the DC superheroes on Wii U, 3DS and PC.
Having the DC universe at its disposal should lead to some fun scenarios, one of which is fleshed out in a new video — published by Nintendo — featuring Geoff Johns and Jim Lee from DC Comics. They're showing off the Hero Creator tool, which allows you to take elements from a lot of different characters and abilities to create your own peculiar superhero.
Check out the results below. Is this on your 3DS or Wii U wishlist?

Something tells me Warner will just magically forget about Scribblenauts Unlimited so it doesn't clash with this....
Super Goron. Oooohhhh yeaaaah.
Unlimited was okay (Played it on PC not the mythical UK Wii U version) but i think this will be better, definitely picking it up.

Except for the Nintendo objects from Unlimited.
I'll probably cave and get this for the 3DS, (if the Superhero Creator is included in the handheld version.) I really enjoy Scribblenauts. It's just a lot of fun.
That character creator is oddly impressive. I didn't think it would be, but after like one second of the trailer I was like, "hey! That's Geoff Johns" and then it was.
Of course my next reaction was that he was, "no Geoff Johns! Don't change! You already look like a guy from River City Ransom. Isn't that superheroic enough?"
But it looks excellent. Brown Doomsday and all.
I'm going to totally make an enchanced version of Dogwelder back from the dead.
I'm gonna mix Batman,SuperMan,Flash,GreenLantern, and alot more heroes.
Is Hero Creator in the 3DS version?
