Your coins aren't lost

Club Nintendo members in North America may have noticed that the service is currently experiencing a few difficulties, with users finding that coins are not being deposited in their accounts after filling out surveys.

Nintendo of America is aware of the problem, and has posted the following message on the Club Nintendo site:

Some customers are currently experiencing issues with registrations and earning Coins for surveys. We are actively working to resolve these issues, and apologize for any inconvenience. Please be assured that we will make sure you receive Coins for any eligible registrations or surveys taken during this time.
