Hi everyone, I am the lucky winner of the 10.000 Nintendo Points flipnote competition and I am not sure how I should spent the points. I own a Wii and - of course - a DSi. (I don't know yet if i get the points as 10x1.000 points or as a 10.000 pack)... i'll post my collection and you say for what i should use the points... maybe you see at my collection what kind of games i like most

here is the winning flipnote: The Fly & The Ball: EPISODE I [flipnote:9F5A61E01E1EC6E5:1EC6E5_090ACE0C81372_006]
I am working on EPISODE II right now ... more action, more details, more epic "fly vs. ball"-fights (with street fighter moves and lightsabers and stuff) ... ;D
"I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones."
Be a turd and gift 20 people you don't like Donkey Kong Jr Math
But seriously, I would invest in some solid VC action if it were me, Mario RPG, Ocarina of Time, A Link to the Past. It looks clear to me you're a Mario/Zelda kinda guy (like myself). Samurai Shodown II is worth the investment too if you like your 2D brawlers.
"Mario RPG" and "A Link to the Past" are definitely my kind of games... I already got the gamecube version of "Ocarina of Time" though...
EDIT: Would anyone recommend the SNES "Super Star Wars" trilogy? I am a HUGE star wars fan, but a friend of mine told me that they were really REALLY tough
You need some Kirby's Adventure, and Earthworm Jim. You also need Castlevania 3 and Megaman 9. I would Recommend Cubello, and Gradius Rebirth, as well as Sin and Punishment. Blazing Lazers and Gunstar Heroes are very good options as well, very good indeed. Megaman 2 as well. That would be almost half your points i recon, and a good start.
I love kirby! earthworm jim... i don't know... i think i played the n64 (?) version and it seems to be pretty funny. megaman games are damn tough, right? and i'll think about castlevania, heard the DS games are amazing!

God loves you
Well planet puzzle league is another solid dsiware puzzler, and by the sounds of that list you'd probably like mario vs donkey kong for the dsi as well, and maybe pop plus too (which both come out tonight - I'd probably wait for a pop plus review just in case, but it'll hopefully be good). For the Wii, you might like lost winds and NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits (both puzzley-platformy types for WiiWare), and as for VC, I'd always recommend Gunstar Heroes, which has aged really well Oh, and congrats, that's a brilliant flipnote

Yea, megaman is tough, but fun because of it. Earthworm Jim has a lot of charm, but can also be kinda hard. I got introduced to the series on ds, and only last week downloaded the 3rd one for NES, and it is everything i liked about the ds one, just oldschool. Again, in this case, you might be better of picking up a DS, and then coming back to appreciate this installment.
If you go with megaman, start with 2. Because it has 2 difficulty settings, and is cheaper, if you like it, get 9 as well, because it is amazing.
EDIT: Oh, and Donkey Kong Country Series (2 is generally considered the best i think) if platforming is your jam, which looking at your collection, it probably is.
I recommend you save about 2000 points as well, for a rainy day. Never know what could be coming around the corner.
Oh just remembered, Another great game, Punch Out!! is just good oldschool fun. It is hard though.
I say don't spend all of it at once, doesnt make sense to me, just seems like that would be spending for the sake of spending since u have "money". I say buy only the games you were thinking of buying before u won this then, maybe as some people have said be kind and gift family and people you actually know who want something who are close to u (like 2000-3000 points worth) and then keep the rest, 10 000 points sounds like a lot right now, but when i think about the amount of points ive spent in total (i think its around 12 000 or 13 000) i realize that wow man, i shouldnt have spent so many of those so quickly, and if i didnt i would still have maybe 6000 or 7000 points right now. Just be smart about it, take it from me man.

first of: Congrats dude! saw your animation way before the competition and yeah it's cute and awesome!
just leave the points on a system and you can get everything you want in the next few month. or build up a cool VC-Collection. oh and yeah...gift some cool stuff to me nah just kidding
just be sure to grab Boxlife and megaman! that's really important!
@DaDun: Maybe your right. Many of the titles I want weren't released yet + I have 1.800 more points on my dsi. 800 Mighty Flip Champs! (DSiWare) 5000 The Tales of Monkey Island: All Chapters (WiiWare) 800 (?) Night Game (WiiWare)
That means I have about 1.000 for dsiware and 4.800 for anything i want. i have to spend them wisely
