As i said opinions are opinions but your forgetting honorable mentions like EA, XSeed, Frontier, Hudson, and Ubisoft who all contribute great third party support. Its a fact too.
EA- Dead Space Extraction, Tiger woods, other sports games I don't wanna mention. Xseed- Little King's story Capcom- with they're upcoming games like Tatsunoko vs. Capcom and RE: Darkside chronicles, Mega man 9, and Umbrella Chronicles Frontier- Lostwinds 1&2 Hudson- Wiiware in GENERAL! Ubisoft- TMNT, No More Heroes, Rabbids Go Home.
And this^^ is just some of the great third party support provided on the Nintendo Wii.
I said Capcom, but I do agree about Ubisoft. I believe I have said I don't like WiiWare many times before, and I don't like EA except for Bioware, and they don't make Wii games. I only played LKS for a short time, so I can't really say anything about it.
The Game.
Is it after 9PM EST? You should probably ignore the above post.
Are you sure we are talking about the same console?
This one.
Yes I am and I explained this in a thread a few weeks ago to you and yet it seems you didn't get the point, so well, I guess that's your loss. Then again opinions are opinions.
I'm not saying it is completely terrible, just not even close to "great". There are some good 3rd party developers, like SEGA, I can't believe I'm about to say this, but here it goes, Activision, maybe Capcom, and Square Enix, but not a lot of others if any. And even their games are better on the other consoles.
Im gonna have to disagree. Sega sucks, Square Enix and Capcom are probaly the best Wii third party companies out there. Activision is okay.
This is about the best thread I can find to throw in my two cents, for what that is worth (probably not much). We hear that Nintendo first party games sell and third party do not, and that is the consumer's fault. Now with maybe the exception of Zack and Wiki that just is not true. EA man comes out and says wow we are disappointed with the way our games are selling on the Wii. Well, did he even play their only attempt at NCAA Football. It was a piece of junk. It was enough to turn me off until Tiger Woods 10 which by the way is a great game.
I love games, both the traditional controler as well as the Wii. I think these companies are for the most part at a complete loss on how to satisfy those who lean toward the Wii. I am looking for a different gaming experience when I play the Wii than I am when I play the 360 or the PS3. Nintendo game developers for the most part get that. That is why their games sell so much more by comparison. Let's face it I have to think that the vast majority of the people out there feel the way I do.
That's not to say developers are not making good games. I can't trust a review from a "main-stream" gaming site on a Wii game. Whether they would like to admit it or not there is a preconceived notion prior to picking up a Wii game with these guys, but that is probably a different a discussion for a different thread.

Thanks for listening to the rant.
Totally agree with you, you made some really good points, especially how 3rd party developers need to look at the specific needs of Nintendo gamers (the majority of Wii gamers bought one because it was a Nintendo product and would provide an experience other consoles couldn't) and make more games with the Nintendo vibe, that is the way to make money!
Look at the attention Red Steel2 (a game which in my opinion has the Nintendo vibe) is getting Wii owners want more games like this, FPS's and all other "core" type of games can be successful on the Wii BUT they need to still appeal to what Nintendo gamers want!

You are so right. Why did it take this long for anyone (third party that is) to make a game like this on the Wii? Yet, every major game site out there blames Nintendo for this problem. You know during the N64 and GameCube days Nintendo was too hard to work with, and now, during the Wii days Nintendo is too soft. They give free reigns for companies to produce "shovelware." Truth is in a lot of these guys eyes Nintendo will never be able to do anything right.
