Topic: two different types of Wii remote plus? What is this controller?

Each of these bundles state they come with Wii remote plus, but one looks completely different. It is bulbous at the head, & has a flared tail too. Functionally the same, just shaped different, or is the bigger one actually the real Wii remote plus?

So the sleeve is something that can be purchased separately in case the cheaper bundle doesn't happen to come with it?

You can purchase them separately yes but I believe all the bundles have them now.

In that case, I will cancel the incoming zelda/Mario bundle if/when the Mario only bundle goes live tonight at BB. The bigger sleeved remote looks more comfortable, more hand filling. I haven't played a Mario game on a console since SMB ii on the original NES. Looking forward to this.

All Wii remotes come with the sleeves now. Usually they're show without the sleeves in pictures, though, so I can understand the confusion, I suppose. Anyway, welcome to Nintendo Life. Sorry if we sounded a little harsh, _{but that is pretty hilarious.}
