Topic: Sonic CD

Do you think we'll ever see Sonic CD on the Virtual Console? I don't think it's all that complex. The graphics were only improved somewhat, and the time travel feature shouldn't be that hard.

Maybe. Since Turbo GrafX Super CD is on VC (listed as Turbo GrafX) it shouldn´t be impossible. But since the interest for VC is dropping I don´t see it happening.

Possible, yes. Gonna happen, not likely. At least not this generation. Great game though.

Sonic the Hedgehog CD is a fun MegaCD game, on Sonic Gems Collection. I beat it once with the bad ending.
However, let it be known that it is an underrated classic sometimes!!!!!

I still have the original version on mega cd, the music theme on 1st stage is the best ever in 16 bit history,do you remember the bonus stage? mode 7 in mega drive

I don't think Sega CD will be on the VC for a pretty long while. The Gems collection has the PC version of Sonic CD.

This is questionable at best. Since Sega CD games have yet to see support on the Virtual Console, there is no evidence that it could get released. Then again, there has been TurboGrafx-CD and Super-CD games made available here, so it's still possible.
