It seems like Nintendo Power is announcing a new game every issue and the games all seem to be retro throwbacks (Mega Man 10, NBA Jam, etc.), so it's good bet to say that it's most likely a revival of a game series. It might be a Nintendo game, but I think Nintendo has enough games that they're working on right now to announce another one that they've been working on in complete secret all this time. It could be new third party game, but that's not as a good bet as a old-school throwback.
As for what I WANT to come out of this, is Valve nice enough to bring Wii owners Portal 2? (I know it probably won't happen, but a man can dream.)
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Brawl is still selling really well (they haven't dropped the price a nickel) so as great as that would be, it's not very likely. And I would think that something that big would be announced at E3. This NP announcement is almost certainly going to be a third party release.

DQX I know they said it going to be on the Wii but it has yet to be announce it MegaMan Legends 3 (I would love for this game to come a New MegaMan series for the Wii would be awesome a New Final Fantasy game spinoff cause we all know when it comes to numbers Wii fail Mr. Bones port (It was a Saturn game and was my favorite game for the system passing Nights and I loved Nights) Bug (Again Saturn game) Clockwork Knight (ditto)

There's no market for Counter strike on the Wii. Sure, it would be nice, but there's just no place for it on the system. Portal 2 is much more feasible.

Man, I would love to see a Professor Layton for Wii--even moreso than a StarFox or Kid Icarus. Professor Layton might be my favorite franchise in gaming right now, and if they made the beautiful worlds the DS games have created into a fully explorable 3D world I'd explode.
