Topic: Metroid 3 bosses

Except that Helios isn't in Metroid 3. It's in Metroid Prime 3. He's talking about Corruption.

Which one was Helios? I don't recall having much trouble with any of the bosses in Prime 3, except Gandrayda, or whomever that female Hunter was, because I didn't realize you could track her with a special visor when she's invisible. Boo me. That battle took ages because I could only shoot her with uncharged shots for about 1 second between long stretches of invisibility.

Erm, but anyway, which one was Helios?

Well, anyways....Helios is easy, I mean, keep your distance and shoot like crazy right? Only real problem I had is when his health was low and he did that attack where he charged up groups of the bots with power, since at that point he moved very fast and I couldn't keep up with him or those groups.

The little booger with the ten bazillion swarmbots...er, swarming him. He was easy but was fun as well.

Ahhh. I remember enjoying that battle actually, but darned if I remember much about it. Doesn't a little target pop out underneath him now and then?

Sorry, I'm being no help. Suffice it to say it's doable, so just try to make note of his patterns and keep at it.

Also, Bellgoriiing, you don't happen to frequent a certain video game music forum, do you? I keep seeing someone there with this name and--I think--the same person in your avatar. I can't be for sure since I don't know who that character is, but am I correct in assuming it's you? Small world, this internet, if so...

...I used to post every now and then in this...emulator site mainly for the music...but haven't been there in a while. And I need a better avi pic, wish the size could be bigger, lol. But yeah, it's Eureka from Eureka Seven. (anime)

The best way to kill the bosses is to exploit screw attack, it makes you invincible
