Topic: Is it possible to get US Netflix in Canada?

Not sure if this kind of talk is allowed here and if the only way to get this is by modding a Wii than dont tell me how since I dont want to get anyone in trouble.

Anyway I am going up to Canada for a vacation and to be honest Canada's streaming selection isn't all that great from what I have heard. I have an active Netflix account with streaming so I was thinking of taking my Wii and my 3DS. So while I am there am I going to have to worry about only getting Canada Netflix or can I still get US Netflix? Does it go by where your Wii is at (like what ISP your using) or does it go by the physical address you use when starting up a Netflix account?

As I said if it cant be done legally I don't want to know otherwise any info will be greatly appreciated.

Dang thats what I was afraid of. Oh well no harm in asking. I was just hoping there was a non mod way around it.

I think you can do it with unblock-us.com, which is legal as far as I know, but I can't say I've done it myself.

Tasuki keep your Wii region set to the United States in the options on the Wii Menu.
I don't know if that'll work or not, but it's worth a try.
