I was wondering what you thought about the Club Nintendo WiiWare Exclusive "Grill-Off With Ultra Hand!"
It was only 80 coins and after watching the video for it, I had to have it. The commercial they made for it was down right hilarious: http://grilloff.nintendo.com/
For a game that is only 80 coins, I found it to have really high production values. At first I thought the motion controls were just a gimmick, but they really do work and you can even hear sound coming out of the the Wii Remote speaker. It also has multi-player.
What do you guys think of the game? It takes a while to get familiar with the controls but it is a fun game and definitely a value at only 80 coins.
I think there's an impressions thread running around here somewhere, but it can be hard to find old threads. It's a pretty good game considering that all it cost me was the time it took to register some products and fill out surveys. I can totally imagine a version of this game working in an arcade, with the addition of multiple lives so you got value for your quarter. That one-mistake thing is annoying, but it feels great when you're on a roll.
Probably my biggest complaint would be that I usually lose when the controls fail to work rather than when I mess up. Not always, but usually.
