Topic: Wii U eShop selections

Just got my system and enjoying thus far. I have a question regarding the games for purchase in the eShop. In looking through the SNES and NES selections there seemed to be a very limited amount of games listed (perhaps 20 or so). Does Nintendo change the selections so the full library is open to us? If so how often?

They add games over times. The literally just started the Virtual Console on the Wii U though, hence why there's so few at the moment.
