Topic: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U - OT

@Morpheel: Sorry. I guess I went overboard.

I felt that that way too about the Inklings until I got the game. I have a love/hate relationship with the game but I would hope the Inklings get in. I feel like Bayonetta is too risqué to get in the game but then again, Zero Suit Samus has a pretty revealing attire and I've never actually played Bayonetta (it's on my list of games I plan to buy).

Only 3 days until the eshop is very slow!

....I'm sure it won't be THAT slow, it's just a stage. lol (...and some music)

@Megumi: Given the past updates, I'm predicting Mii costumes and another stage or character at least to be released at the same time.

I kinda figured we would have heard about them by now, though. So I dunno.

@Megumi: There's still a couple of days left for them to announce something.

@Megumi: Roy and Ryu were dropped on the same day they were announced.

I don't care who gets in Smash by the Ballot. As long it ain't Shante, Shovel Knight, some Xenoblade character, random Zelda character who isn't Tingle, a Rhythm Heaven character, K rool, Mario character, or some FE character.

I would be glad if they add Snake, Sora, or least Phoenix Wright to Smash Bros.

They could do a twitter announcement the day of or the day before. Particularly if this is going to just be a few Mii costumes and maybe another stage from a previous Smash game.

If stage "4" is an old stage brought back then not announcing it with a trailer like the Mario Maker stage would make sense.

Or Sakurai wants to totally surprise us.

Or we get nothing else. Who knows?

@Megumi: You seem to be casting a very wide net with your Smash dream characters, but who am I to judge. By all means, you do you.

Don't really care who gets in from that series, but I do know that I won't get my favorite RF from the start. Since Sakiurai usually starts with the main character of that series first. I am hoping for Xiao Pai or Amber, but I know he won't add them before the main character(s). I only know RF4, though...so I went with Lest/Frey. If they get in, maybe Amber will show up in Smash 5, who knows. lol

@Megumi: I would say, in the event that you get something like a trophy or a Mii costume, you should feel suuuper happy with getting that much representation.

Anyways, if there is a second stage and it's an old one, what do you guys hope it is?

There is a (very short) list floating around with the stages that are still not in Smash 4 that have none of their music appear in the game yet. Fourside is one of the very few stages on that list where the series has only one stage per game, and also doesn't resemble an already present stage.

Plus, with the skyscrapers and the moon and UFO, it just looks cool.

My vote for stage that should have been in from the beginning: Pirate Ship.

@IceClimbers: In Japan its already nearly noon on Monday, so only two days left!

Btw that list I was referring to included Fourside, Great Bay (the original version of Saria's song isn't in Smash 4 yet), Saffron City, Planet Zebes, and Sector Z. Some one off stages like Electroplankton are still possible but very unlikely.
