It's been confirmed to be a remake? Either way I'm always excited for the next addition in the Oddworld series. I was hoping for a Munch's Exodus to be made to continue the story but a remake is just as good.

According to the creators, if Oddworld can find success through this remake, then they might just start considering a new installment to the series for next gen systems (and yes, that includes Wii U).

I've always been interested to see what this series...is even particularly like. Like I've known about this series since at least the Xbox one (...by that I mean the game that was exclusive to Xbox...not the console called the Xbox One...yeah...) and it'll be interesting to see what it's like. From what little I saw, it seemed like a mid-90s puzzle platformy thing, but I could be entirely wrong. The original version from what I saw looked like one of those awkward yet interesting post-Prince of Persia games where they made the movement more detailed and realistic, you know like Out of this World except with more advanced 3D model or something.
I have been interested in this and the Wii U version of Stranger's Wrath but no news for months makes it hard to keep talking about. Has there been any news for either of these? They will be my first for the series
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
I'm really looking forward to this game. I've played every Oddworld game and own multiple copies of every title. It'll be nice to get a new addition to my collection.
I stream Mario Maker and other Nintendo games! Check out my stream if you'd like to see me play your levels live!

Short version. They've fixed every problem from the original and made the presentation better. Co-op is a lie though. It scores an 8.5 from the PlayStation 4 version as of now.
Was Mariobro4. No, I'm not taking off my backpack...it's important.
Since the system and software patches and stuff take space there's only 3-4 GB left on a 8GB machine, basically no storage for eShop titles. The game is very cinematic, so I think it would be possible for a 4+ GB game.
I feel like they are limiting themselves for absolutely no reason. Most people own a 32 GB and if they have a 8 GB system then they probably have an external Hard Drive or they don't buy eShop games.

I saw this on IGN. I am really interested on getting this game. Why are they worried with the 8GB model? Are they going to gimp it so they could fit it in the 8GB model? I hope not!
I'm going to say it's just a mere Scapegoat for the Developers since the Vita is getting a version and the lowest stick on that system is 4gb. But no mention of "Development issues" on that system.
