I knew this would happen but I probably should have specified that you couldn't take the money back. (-_-). Oh well...

Not even if you say "Make them make 10 billion for me. They can keep the change."?

1. Restrict the E-Shop by a lot by making sure the developer has a good history and overall good a game design (I'm looking at you, Meme Run).

2. Give more resources to developers that have a very low budget and probably will be unable to make the game for every region.

3. Disable all region locking with a update.

4. Have a more homebrew free environment by buying a free app from the E-Shop that could make 8-bit to full 3D games. If the game is enjoyable and can be a standalone game, he or she could send it to Nintendo with a payment of $50 and if they enjoyed it they'll give the developer even more resources and allow the developer to release it on the E-Shop at anytime.

5. Bring back more of the older IPs with new, modern developers that have creative ideas.

Sorry for writting a wall of text, I couldn't really help myself...

1. Get the VC in a respectable state (all Wii stuff instantly added - forget the state saving just get the Wii emulator up - and start putting GC games on there, start putting more N64 stuff and get more Sega consoles beyond the Wii stuff).
2. Properly manufacture the GC adapter and Wavebird in reasonable quantities for 1.
3. Buy Banjo Kazooie off Microsoft and relaunch it.

Okay, I'll just hire myself into the company and take a majority cut.

Isn't a bit frustrating when you try to ask something seriously and people start telling bad jokes? A real problem in lots of threads

What? This thread is meant seriously? Why did he start with this three decision for 100 million in the first place? That's like three wishes form a fairy godmother and not a serious conversation.

If one wants to talk seriously, one has to start a thread in a serious way.

Yes, perhaps this thread is not the best example for what I was meaning.

  • Make a unified online system across all platforms and applications — Wii U and 3DS should talk to each other, transactions made on the Wii U <——> 3DS
  • Buy struggling Sega and take over its struggling franchises. https://www.nintendolife.com/news/2015/01/segas_digital_restructure_means_300_staff_will_be_offered_voluntary_retirement
  • Release the Wii U's successor at the same time as the competition, and make it comparable in terms of hardware, take note of consumer trends, and don't ignore them completely.

Get out of video games and go back into the love hotel business.

1. Create a Kirby Air Ride sequel, with a focus on City Trial. It would have a ton of Cities to play in, as well as some other aditions. (New stars, new copy abilities, new stadium events, maybe even a new patch) The game would also have online support that would never, ever die.
2. Nintendo would become a pinball machine designer and manufacturer. They would create their own original pinball machines, with some themed after existing Nintendo franchises, and others using totally original themes. Of course, I'd get every one for free!
3. They would make their own amusement park, up to par with Disney World!

I like makin' games!
Future Pinball games!
Petit Computer games!!
and SmileBASIC games!
Waiting for Kirby Air Ride 2. One day, it will come. One day...

I'd hope the name wouldn't be the obvious one which shares its name with a mediocre Wii U launch title.

No, they would definitely go for Super Mario World.

1.I would push for a revival of new Ips, Give developers more freedom and I would let companies like Capcom use our Ips to make spin-off games

2. Fire everyone in NOA and hire sensible people

3. Tell nintendo to make "Nintendo of the future." A new subsidiary where using their motion control & duel screen technology create and develop technology for Educational, Health care and future use.

This is what i will do and it will benefit everyone. 8D

1. Get them to scrap the New Super Mario Bros series and replace it with a 2D Mario platformer reboot that actually adds new ideas, content, worlds, etc with every installment. Make a true Super Mario Bros 5, 6, 7 etc.
2. Work on marketing the company in regions other than the US and Japan, like the many, many developing regions that are only now learning about video games. Not to mention places like China, Russia, parts of South America, etc.
3. Remove region locking, for good. Let the market choose which shops win and which ones go under.

I was just curious as to how folks here would steer nintendo IF they could. I expected funny/silly answers along with some serious ones. I was not disappointed. I have my own ideas but maybe if I win the Powerball lotto I'll express them. currently at 360mil.. Definitely something to dream about when you play in the US.
