It's a third party device that won't benefit Nintendo at all, would loose profits even as you can copy amiibo data from others and use them to access amiibo content in games as well as just saving your own data, or at least that's what I think unless I am mistaken for I have not really went into details with amiiqo. That's all I will be saying.
