And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

@CanisWolfred: I have a hard time thinking of anything newer than 16-Bit as Retro.

You don't even consider the Nintendo 64 retro?

F-Zero GX is amazing IMO! I still have my old game save files with all my created vehicles, and all tracks unlocked, etc.

But i guess for many it's just a matter of what you grew up with.

Thats pretty much it when it comes to retro. It all depends on how old you are compared to the thing you are describing as retro. Heck I am sure that my mom and dad's generation consider big band music retro where as I would consider 50s rock retro.

But I agree with you Wavester I find it hard to consider N64 retro and now with the Wii U out find it even harder to consider Gamecube retro lol.

@Waveboy: and @Tasuki: I agree; the systems a person grew up playing determines what they consider as Retro. I received an Atari 2600 on my 10th ('81) birthday and an NES in '87. However, this is just my opinion which is no more valid than anyone else's.

Oh man, GX is personally one of my least favorite videogames of all time.
It just felt completely lifeless and dismal compared to the previous F-Zero games and it was quite obvious
NIntendo wasn't behind this outing. Even the King of koopa's 'Shingeru Miyamoto' himself admitted that he didn't like it.

I dig the SNES orginal and F-Zero X, but GX just leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. When it comes to Nintendo sequals,
i can't stand the following > F-Zero GX, Wario Land 3 and LOZ: Wind Waker.

Hmm, well I hope I enjoy it more than you did, especially since I loved Wind Waker
