It sounds like you haven't heard of Bubsy before? One of the most infamous characters of the great mascot craze of the early '90s. (aside from Awesome Possum)
I like the first game, but others don't because you die so much in that game it's a joke (and maybe it had to do with that it was a Sonic clone. While that was the closest you could get on the SNES, of course I imagine Genesis owners probably preferred the real thing.). Too bad its sequels got worse with Bubsy 3D for PS1 being known as one of the worst games ever.

Excellent choice, my friend! SoulBlazer, as well as its two spiritual follow-ups, is a really fantastic game

@RetroLuma91 Thanks. This game is very rare in Europe. I'm very happy to have found it!

Got a couple Konami SNES greats recently:

I played Sunset Riders in the arcades a few times and heard the SNES conversion is pretty good though the Nintendo censorship strikes again here. There just was not enough western games from this era.

Batman Returns is a fun beat 'em up. Most of the time Batman video games are good and this no exception.
Untitled

Last but not least, Legend of the Mystical Ninja (the box is still in plastic). I remember renting this one as a kid and being being difficult. Looking forward to giving this one another crack. I do love the games with Ninja in the title!

Awesome purchases, Ryno! All 3 of those are games that have been on my "must buy" list for years now. And all complete in box too! Must have been a whopping purchase. My cousin actually use to own Sunset Riders back in the day and him, my brother, and I would all take turns playing multiplayer. Such good times. Don't know if he still has it but seeing as he gave me some of his old SNES titles awhile back and it wasn't one of them I wouldn't be surprised if he lost it or something.
Batman Returns and The Legend of the Mystical Ninja are both fantastically fun games too. Good old fashion beat'em up with Batman? YES!

Well, even if it's censored on the SNES, I heard the Genesis version only has two of the four characters and only half the levels. (while the SNES has them all) Anyone know if that's true?

I ordered Sumo Fighter for the Game Boy.
Well, it's a platformer, and it's made by KID (who made several NES games like the GI Joes, Burai Fighter and KickMaster). So I hope it's good.

Awhile ago, I ordered Batman: The Animated Series for Game Boy. Ordered it from some site called Gary Aldair or something like that. Never got it, dude didn't respond when requested for shipping update (just a repost of what I could already see by visiting the Google Wallet site.) Don't know if anyone's familiar if I can get Google to refund it, or am I out my $9?
(unfortunately, while these things don't happen often, it's why I'm sometimes thinking it's better to pay more on ebay where you can usually report these kind of scammers who take your money and never reply) (and why I bought a second copy from a more reputable ebay seller, which did come.)

@Ryno: Whoa looks like you are going to have one Konami meltdown there lol. I never played Sunset Riders before but I do remember seeing it on the shelf at the local video store during my mullet wearing days. Batman Returns is such an awesome game. To me right there is the best video game movie tie in every made. Everything was just great in that game especially the Danny Elfman soundtrack that they used. Before the Arkham series came out that was my favorite Batman video. Damn now I am going to have to play my copy tonight.

I had also placed another order yesterday, Jajamaru Ninpouchou. While there is an English ROM available for this RPG called Taro's Quest, it is an incomplete translation and I hear that it has many game-breaking bugs (that would've probably been fixed if it had been finished). So, guess I should try to play through the original. Got one with the box and instructions and possibly a map.

thats true, the snes version is closer to the arcade version. the genesis version has different levels and bonus levels
taros quest is very broken. its still being sold as a repro cart however.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

I'd guess Dragon Wars as well? (a port of an Apple (II? Mac?) first-person RPG)
Released on Famicom, but the dumped NES proto even has a crash bug at the beginning of the game.

Another bad repro was Spy vs. Spy 2. Someone started selling a repro that turned out to be a ROM hack of the Famicom version. A few days later an actual NES proto turned up with some minute differences in the title (I forget what exactly, some minor text difference or positioning on the screen or something like that). I haven't played the game, but wasn't the title screen practically the only Japanese text in the game anyways?
